I popped into Smokeys on a whim and glad that I did. I had the smoked meat sandwhich and it was one of the best tasting I've had. The meat was well seasoned, flavorful, moist and enjoyable to eat. I also ordered a side of the coleslaw and again I was very impreased. It was creamy without being watery, had good crunch and the flavour was superb.
I will definately be back here again!

My wife and I were in for dinner on January 16,2026. I had the Ruben burger and fries and my wife had the die hard burger. We both were very happy and satisfied with the great food and price of the food. We definitely will be back and spread the word about the restaurant.

Finally stopped in to try the infamous smoke meat sandwich and it did not disappoint. The meat itself was absolutely delicious, tender, juicy & melted in your mouth. It is a very affordable meal to share ( 25.99 $ for everything shown in the picture) We left with full bellies! Highly recommend! Excellent service, friendly staff and an overall great experience!

Real smoked meat, best smoked meat - huge thick slabs of it not dainty, finely cut pieces - that I've had in Ottawa in over 20 years, not since Nate's on Rideau. Coleslaw was fresh and not overdosed with dressing, fries good hand cut not store bought, and service was prompt, really fast and attentive. Going back!
