I used to visit here regularly, until I had a really poor experience and I stopped ordering from here. I received an incorrect item and the staff refused to correct my order. I requested a refund online, but never received a response. The service has really gone downhill recently, and the owner does not seem to care about feedback/service standards. I haven't gone back since.

The gentleman that served me was kind and respectful but holy moly. Serving a single line of all the veggies is crazy! One line of spinach. Literally 5 pieces of spinach on my sub, 6 olives, 5 cucumbers and tomatoes that were so thinly sliced you could see through them. When it comes to the sauce, it's the absolute opposite. My sub is 70% sauce and 30% veggies.
Cost me $17.90 for a skimpy sandwich.

Would like to give this place 0 stars review they messed up my order and gave me a hard time before they remade my order. Told me to remove ingredients and he would just add the others. Horrible service. I was told that the worker needs to pay for any orders they mess up not right at all. They also weren't happy that we got them on promotion (buy 1 get one 1$) and that we should just take them that way cause they were cheap.

Please to ensure/enforce your staff to practice proper hand hygiene at this location. You don't wipe your nose with your hands while preparing someone's sub, you don't continuously touch your clothes and hat with the same gloves you're using to prepare someone's food and you dont keep handling the cash registry with the same gloves you're using for people's food. Thank you!

Even without the garnishings, I didn’t expect a really sad sandwich. Can you tell the difference between the ad photo and the “real” sandwich I got? 😳 So sad looking sandwich.
