Ordered via uber. I didn't realise it wasn't my normal subway. The whole Order was faulty. First one sub had 0 condiments when 3 were asked for (yes he eats 3) On my veggie sub I remove items and add 1 olives. Allergic to raw onion and this subway doesn't further warnings to allergy whenever you remove an item on uber. The cookie was also wrong. Over-all just horrible experience for the $30 something spent. In photo yes the undercooked and pannini looking sub was my veggie delight on Italian herb and cheese.

Everything in there was good the service down to the food and the place itself it’s a very good environment I highly suggest to eat there it’s easily one of the best subways in Ottawa if not the best

The customer service at Subway was excellent—friendly staff, quick service, and a clean environment. They made my sandwich just the way I wanted, with fresh ingredients and a great attitude. Overall, a great experience, and I’ll definitely be coming back!

They are very friendly. Recently visited to find out yellow mustard is no longer served. Big mistake, get we will have to go to Firehouse! Little packets you do yourself are annoying. Voiced my opinion to head office.
