The Gloucester store custom service is dire. Everyone is just not interested and blugh. I ordered lemon curd to go as you cannot dine in, they gave me a knife and a frozen block of curd. Meh. Good scones but service makes it unexciting. In general MEH...which is pretty much how the workers act.

Amazing customer service! There was a mixup with my order but they fixed it right away at no extra charge and delivered it! Really appreciate the above and beyond. Thank you!

Tried the flavour of the month - Toffee Apple, it was delicious. In fact, after trying one, sent my partner out to grab a box of 6. They are expensive, but a treat once in a while. You cannot put a price on quality. However, I didn't appreciate when you go in, it is a straight counter service, I thought it would be more like a bakery where you could look around.

Dietary restrictions: They need a keto-friendly or diabetic option.

Came for Scones this morning and the girl at the cash didn’t even respond to me saying good morning. She didn’t ask what would you like nothing. I asked for a mix and she’s standing right in front of the scones can’t see anything. So I asked for a bag and she didn’t acknowledge what I said asked again the same thing. She was the most rude person. I asked her what’s your name she said non of your business. How about your manager, no email the company?!!

Lovely Fresh scones and also super tasty sandwiches you can order and eat later!
Also frozen ( bake at home) scones available! Everything is lovely! Also, the great staff can help with jam selection etc.
Ooh and the Devon cream and homemade lemon curd is extra special!

Parking: Usually a spot for free parking within metres of the door. This is the location where the baking is done

I typically don't leave reviews, especially negative ones, as I understand everyone is trying their best. However, I feel compelled to share my recent experience. I bought a lemon and poppy seed scone for my child, as I have many times before, but this time was different. My child noticed something foreign in the scone, which I initially thought was a large piece of lemon. Upon closer inspection, I was horrified to find that it was a piece of plastic. My child had been chewing on this plastic, trying to separate it from the scone. If my child hadn't shown me, I might not have noticed it in time. I am deeply concerned and appalled that such a large piece of plastic was baked into the scone, especially one I gave to my child. It's alarming to think there could be more plastic that was missed. This is a choking hazard not just for children but even adults and at that size. How can something like this happen? I took as many photos as I could in order to document this. Despite trying to contact the establishment and raise my concerns, my calls and messages have been ignored. Given this experience, I can no longer trust this place for safe and clean food. Please be cautious about where you purchase your food

Good scones, not AMAZING but also nothing to complain about. I just prefer a bit less dense. These are really flaky though and more like a puffy pastry in my opinion. Cranberry orange didn't have a huge overwhelming flavour and was very subtle.

Overall size of scones are small. I would come here again but it wouldn't be my first choice.

Again, nothing to complain over, just wasn't wowed

Lady working today seemed very judgmental . Making faces when I asked if the sandwich with salmon had a poached egg. Your face talks... also didn't have bacon at 930 in the morning.. don't have time for that negativity
