This Tim Hortons suck. I’ve been here a few times. The lady preparing the food, makes you package your own order, does not close the lids properly and is just very cold and rude.

Debbie and Deborah always insure things are done in a quick and in a productive manner. Deborah working the window is always polite and curtious managing the drive through!! Manager Debra deals with the 50 other things all going on at once. Excellent job!! This location is quite busy and I just don't know how they keep up!! Kudos to All the team that's when they actually have a full team!! Debbie always providing fast consistent service regardless of how busy it is. Thank you so much!!!

Dirtiest location yet. Tuesday at 8:30am, every single table was dirty probably from the night before. Window ledges have crumbs and garbage in them still. No heat in the restaurant.
Pick up a damn rag and clean something.

Excessively long wait times at the restaurant counter. Had to leave on multiple occasions and go to MacDonald's next door instead. Hire more staff please!

When we order latter though drive through they always ask to wait by the fire for more than 10 min Horrible staff We go though drive through just to Geetha coffee not to wait in then car park This is not the first time always they do that Make sure if some one come for just a coffee from drive through don’t send them to wait in the parking lots for 10 min Horrible staff
