To be honest, I haven’t been inside this restaurant for years, I only ever use the drive thru. Service is often very slow. They’ve just been closed for renovations but did nothing to fix the drive thru. You could easily lose a tire in the pot holes and uneven pavement. I was hopeful since it just reopened that this would have been fixed. I’ll drive out of my way to go to a different location than risk an expensive fix to my car. It’s not just the drive thru, the entire parking lot is dodging craters.

This location just got renovated; the seating is remodeled, comfortable & looks good; it's flooded with sunlight in the afternoons. Nice and quiet, can get a lot of work done. Friendly service.

Gotta say this is one of the worst Tim Hortons in Ottawa they serve the drive way first their can be 3 people in line and your still gonna wait twenty minutes they recently closed and didn't even give a warning to the customers good thing I live close by but for the people who drive here in the morning before work to find out it's closed I will not be giving them my money ever!!!

This Tim Hortons suck. I’ve been here a few times. The lady preparing the food, makes you package your own order, does not close the lids properly and is just very cold and rude.

Debbie and Deborah always insure things are done in a quick and in a productive manner. Deborah working the window is always polite and curtious managing the drive through!! Manager Debra deals with the 50 other things all going on at once. Excellent job!! This location is quite busy and I just don't know how they keep up!! Kudos to All the team that's when they actually have a full team!! Debbie always providing fast consistent service regardless of how busy it is. Thank you so much!!!
