Ordered sandwich and wanted to use the bathroom while the order was getting prepared. One bathroom was totally unusable and the other was locked. After waiting for 10 minutes I asked the girl at cash if the other room was accidentally locked she says no if it's not open there was somebody in it . ...so I waited longer.
After receiving my order and debating longer and seeing a lady wanting to use the bathroom and facing the same issue as I did, I asked another person working there ...and the tall Indian man told me he will talk to the manager and he walked away . No action taken, note that 8 people were working at the cafe at the time and the last man with the headphone on I asked for help was chit-chatting with the sandwich making lady!
Clearly this place is managed very bad in the floor is dirty and stuff don't know what's going on there the cashier says i the bathroom is in use the order start ays it is not available. Dec 1 2

Horrible service, I visited this location on November 11 at 5:45 AM. I understand it’s early morning And we’re all tired, but come on. Whoever took my order, no Hello, no thank you. Even worse, The girl who took my payment and gave me my coffee, literally said no words and gave me a very disgusting look during the process. Very unprofessional, if you’re not gonna be polite or do customer service properly go work somewhere else

Their screen is busted on the drive-thru but it was known that that it's being fixed. So no issues with that. My issue is when the drive-thru staff are terrible with customer service and they don't even attempt to scan your Tim's card before punching the method of the purchase.

One staff member has a public meltdown on front of the customers. It took forever to get my coffee. All tables but one were dirty. I could see my breath at the table I was sitting at because the air-conditioning was on. I'll never be going back there.

Pretty quick service and food was good.
The bad- the parking lot seems to be run down and has pot holes.
Also the property maintenance looks neglected.
TLC needed.

Went there to have a coffee while waiting for someone. I was sitting and the supervisor was sweeping the floor. She might have thought there were no customers in the store (we were a few) as she was throwing all the dirt to my shoes, while going in the alley. I told her to be careful and she became rude! Then I went to my car to pick up something and she immediately took the cup and was about to throw it away. I decided not to go back and went to a local coffee place instead. No more Timmie's!

Went for my tea at 8:30am this morning and was running low on gas so parked and went to go in. I was unable to get in as ALL entry doors were locked. Peeked in the window and saw people lined up inside, so they were open. I watched an elderly gentleman who was inside try to leave and he couldn't. It took him a minute or two to figure out how to twist and unlock the entry doors, which he eventually did.

I was then able to get inside and joined the lineup. Those in the lineup said that one of the staff had gone and locked the doors to try and stop people from coming in and force everyone through drive thru or to leave. This is horrendous and not a strategy to manage customer rushes. As someone who works in employment law, this is a significant violation of health and safety procedures in the event of an emergency by locking doors so customers cannot quickly and easily get out and it could lead to panic and potential injury. Exit doors should NEVER be locked so individuals inside cannot quickly exit. Some people do not have vehicles and to deny access to service during valid operational hours simply because staff are busy dealing with a rush and don't know how to handle stress effectively is not acceptable.

Furthermore, one of the staff on duty named Deborah was raising her voice and venting for all staff and customers inside to hear about how there were only 4 staff on duty and this was ridiculous. To be clear, no customers waiting had gone up to her to complain. It was clear this individual is someone in a position of leadership within the staff team, maybe a supervisor, however rather than supporting their team and maintaining their composure during a stressful morning rush, they were venting their frustrations on everyone else. When a customer paid for 2 medium coffees instead of 1 and the staff member was trying to figure out if they wanted the 2nd coffee or if they wanted a refund, she literally yelled 'just give him the 2nd coffee and go!' multiple times, interrupting the interaction with the customer and what his actual desire/response was. When the employee hesitated, she yelled it again 'just make the 2nd coffee and go'. The customer was visibly frustrated and just told the employee to make the coffee so he could leave. It was obvious he did not need or want it and may have preferred something else of equal or similar value such as a donut or a refund, but did not want to spend any more time there.

Customers and staff were quiet and did not know what to say, staff could not even look customers in the eyes because they were so embarrassed. If this staff member Deborah is in fact the team lead or shift supervisor, there is absolutely no way the other staff on duty feel comfortable asking her for help or expressing anything for fear of getting their head chopped off. I was tempted to tell her myself that she is behaving incredibly unprofessionally and this is not the time or place to be airing her frustrations for everyone to hear, however decided it would probably not make a difference as she was in a mood. This is not the first time I have heard employees at this Tim Hortons raising their voice and expressing frustrations with scheduling or how busy it is, etc. but this is certainly the most unbecoming and worst situation I have seen so far.

Customers will understand if you are short-staffed and things may take longer. It is ok to communicate that. But it is NOT ok to take out frustrations, raise your voice, and blatantly talk shit about the company, your own team, how many customers there are, and everything going on while on shift with others to hear. You are representing the company and making others incredibly uncomfortable. Customers are there and are paying for service the same as any other day and the staff are paid to provide it. If service is slow, that is ok. But negative attitudes, negative words, raised voices, etc. create an unhealthy workplace.

I left without ordering anything,

Filthy location, avoid if possible. If stuck only use the drive through the staff do not attend to walk in clients or take care of the restaurant cleanliness, washrooms or counter.

Awful service, took 30 mins to receive my pepperoni pizza, staff seem untrained and worried, BTW place was not busy. Thank you for wasting my lunch break.

1. A trainee has scratched his balls while serving and doing cashier today morning at 7:50 when he was asking me my order.

2. A trainer who appears to be busy with the drive through unit has warned him not to process two orders at the same time whichwhat i have noticed. (fair enough)
It's a management failure and inadequate training.

If I could give 0 stars I would but I cant! One star is to much for this location! Worst service ever! Rude disrespect! The drinks are always done wrong and if I ask for it to be redone they throw the drink in My face and tell me to call the manager its not their problem! I literally had to beg the worker to add a lil more ice to my ice coffe which only had 2 pieces if ice in it and she literally told me no! I will never ever go to this location again and I recommend driving to the next nearest timmies and never going to this Tim Hortons because of how rude! And disrespectful the workers were towards me!

Today I went to get something before my granddaughters soccer game. I ordered a 20 pack of Tim Bits, a muffin and a medium refresher drink, but I asked for no ice. When I got to the counter the drink that he gave me was half full. I asked him to fill it up and he said no I asked him why and he said well because you asked for no ice. I looked at him in disbelief and said you’ve got to be kidding me right, the kid had a smirk on his face and said Nope, there’s nothing I could do. I still couldn’t believe it so I just asked for a refund. At first , he didn’t want to give it to me until I refused to move and he finally gave it to me. I’ve been to that Tim Hortons many times and never had an issue before u til today. I’ve ordered the same drink at other Tim Hortons and never had issues and in any restaurant or drive-through that I go through. I never get ice and never have any issues. I won’t be getting anything at that Tim Hortons anymore.
