The worst Tim Hortons in Ottawa . You have to wait 30 min in drive through to take a caffe. The customer service is so rude as well and the food is so bad.

There was a white cashier just pretended I wasn’t there and left after another cashier punch out to leave the work. Both flirted with each other. I had to wait for 10 minutes to get served by third cashier.

I ordered two items using the rewards, they said you have to pay for one, which in rewards says both items are free, but it’s ok. Then surved the stale wedges, they were hard like reheated.

When coming through the drive through, I’m getting used to the snotty voices from the odd young one that may hate their job. But twice in the last week, and older lady that sounds right miserable, has made me just give up on my order completely. Last straw was Saturday eve, Aug 23rd.

Very sorry for bothering you at work, having the nerve to talk to you, and place an order. And no I’m not willing to wait for
1-something that should have been readily available,
2-more needless attitude.

I didn’t pick your job, I didn’t disrespect you, I didn’t deserve your bitter attitude. Maybe time to step away from the service industry instead of ruining a simple pleasure for people.

I’ll be spending my money elsewhere.

They poured my tea in a cup that had already had coffee in it, and thought I wouldn't notice it. My tea tastes like stale coffee. Didn't even bother rinse the used cup before giving it to me.

This location is ran by incompetent staff , The women that took my order was extremely rude , didn’t give me my full order and charged me full price , and when I asked her for the rest of my order she refused and told me to leave !! Will not be visiting this location again . poor Management and disrespectful staff, not the first time she has done similar behaviour. please make some changes if you don’t want to lose more customers , and she filled my cup too much and the coffee is watered down! Very disappointed in the service and product I received, They didn’t give me receipt, and I have contacted your customer care team before they were not help full , I will let everyone in my neighbourhood know about these employees working at this location!! Who ever hired them needs to be reevaluated,

Worst tim Hortons in Ottawa no one in drive through walk in there was line up of at least 6 people waiting to order and you have about 7 or 8 employees working and no one can speed up the process and this is not the first time it happened we literally walked out with out ordering

Ordered sandwich and wanted to use the bathroom while the order was getting prepared. One bathroom was totally unusable and the other was locked. After waiting for 10 minutes I asked the girl at cash if the other room was accidentally locked she says no if it's not open there was somebody in it . ...so I waited longer.
After receiving my order and debating longer and seeing a lady wanting to use the bathroom and facing the same issue as I did, I asked another person working there ...and the tall Indian man told me he will talk to the manager and he walked away . No action taken, note that 8 people were working at the cafe at the time and the last man with the headphone on I asked for help was chit-chatting with the sandwich making lady!
Clearly this place is managed very bad in the floor is dirty and stuff don't know what's going on there the cashier says i the bathroom is in use the order start ays it is not available. Dec 1 2
