2 separate attempts to order(with a lineup) and I had to call out for alll of us to get service. Why was there no cashier? She's busy chatting up the supervisor. I'm pretty sure.that.she was not hired to be the supervisors pet. STOP IT NOW!!

Basics
Poor in person service, waited a long time to get someone to take my order. I had to shout out for someone to take my order. Finally someone came out from the back side and took my order and I paid, but the person disappeared into the back section after he took the money and never poured the coffee for me. Myself and another customer waited again for a while and had to again call out for someone to pour the coffee for us. Meanwhile there were at least 5 to 6 people serving the drive through section fast. Someone finally came and poured the coffee for us but got the order wrong which I had to go back to correct and ask them give me the correct order. This location can use more improvement in the in person service area
This is one of the few tim hortons which i have come across who seem to care for the quality of the food (i order bagels), and not just focused on the screen time (to let the food out as soon as possible). They make sure the bagels are in fact double toasted, when the customer wants it that way. Some other Timmies ignore this altogether. The employees are very friendly as well.

Coffees weren't filled all the way. Asked for sleeves and was told to reach over and grab them myself.
Ordered a farmer's wrap with bacon and sausage. There wasn't any meat in it. It was all egg, cheese, and sauce.
