I was disappointed by the service and speed at this Tim Hortons - I waited in line for the drive thru about 10-15 minutes - I pulled up to the window and was handed the machine to pay but after I had already paid I was told that none of the things I’d ordered were available which was very frustrating and confusing - I was however able to get similar items for roughly the same price as what I had paid and they were warm and fresh out of the oven which was a plus

Always a bad experience.
I'm not a regular at this location, but have been a few times when I'm in the area and not once have I had a good experience here.
Behind the counter everything looks filthy and grimy; dairy product spilled on the counter, does no one think to wipe up the spills?
When I got into the store some customers noted there was an insect in the donut display case.
I had placed a Mobile Order, but employees don't tend to the area marked for Mobile Order Pickup. I made eye contact with the employee assembling sandwiches several times, but she just ignored me.
There were easily at least 7 people working there, but somehow it's still not enough, it makes no sense.

I went through the drive-thru to order a coffee. They took my order, but when I arrived at the window, they told me the machine wasn’t working. It was frustrating to wait in line just to find out I couldn’t get what I ordered. They should inform customers right away if there’s a problem with the machine.

Got a coffee and a wrap here - nothing was made properly, had to repeat myself about 5-6 times. The manager is just walking around bitching at people but not actually helping anyone. Staff looks stressed out because of the way the manager is handling things. I would demote the manager that was here today. The girl who served me seemed new and didn’t know how to make a drink, that’s when the manager should step in and help. Instead she’s in the corner playing with cups.

Pathetic experience, we got 3 loaded bowls and they were one third the actual portion size that other Tim Hortons outlets serve. The whole idea of loaded bowl is to have a standard serving size. This is first time we experienced this and especially with this outlet.

Horrible experience I would give it a zero star if I could! I asked for a bowl and a drink and when I got it it was half empty and my drink I asked for whipped cream and they did not put any on it when I asked kindly to put some the guy went and came back laughing and there was nothing. I do not recommend this place for timmies
