I went through the drive-thru and ordered a protein latte. The cashier told me to park out front and someone would bring it out. After waiting 15 minutes, no one showed up. I finally went inside to ask about my order, and they had completely forgotten about it — and the worst part? Not even a sorry or an apology from anyone.
If I’m paying and following the instructions they give, the least they can do is remember the order and acknowledge the mistake. Really frustrating and a total waste of time. Definitely not impressed with this location.

I visited there today Nov 14th at around 6 oclock. The two girls working the front desk we're too busy taking selfies to take my order even though they knew I was there, kept on talking even while taking my order and then even while handing me my change was not even looking at me but had her head turned back to continue her conversation. Ordered a medium tea Double-Double and down the road realized they gave me a coffee. Also this location was dirty.

Ordered a BLT, while the bread toasted the girl put my bacon on the chopping board, threw lettuce on top then sprayed mayo over it, she then proceeded to get my bun and scoop it in. Disgusting and I won't go back. My 20 timbits was only 15.

A very unhygienic place today and rude counter attendant.i ordered timbits unfortunately there's flies on that timbits tray. I ask to change the timbits and reminded her that these flies,she choose to argue rather than apologize.

I came through the drive-thru to order some breakfast and had to repeat myself 3 times for every item i ordered. I’m usually pretty clear when i speak and wasn’t mumbling but now felt like i had to yell in a rude way to be understood. I ordered a pumpkin spice iced capp and the guy on the headset repeated it to me so I assumed i’d be getting that, but when i came to the window, they gave me a regular iced capp and only added whipped cream with syrup on top after i told them i had ordered the pumpkin spice one. Knowing how Tim Hortons does it, they’re supposed to blend the syrup in too, just lazy on their part. My bacon bagel BELT had uncooked bacon and the bagel seemed to be bit off too. Honestly very disappointing service and food for something as simple as Tim Hortons…
