I get my tea every morning and sometimes lunch in the afternoon from this location. The staff are always very friendly and they always double check your order at the window prior to giving it to you. The manager is also very friendly when I see her inside the store . Definitely a great experience.
Signs at the front telling us to order from the kiosk but if you just go straight up to the counter it turns out you get priority service... Lady scolds me for having the audacity to take the medium double double that I ordered 7 minutes ago because someone went up to the counter to order hers and got it within 30 seconds. No system at all, no communication from the employees on what is even in the bags they are just flinging up to the front counter, no calling out names. Yes it was a busy time, but I'm not sure why I waited 7 minutes for a coffee and a donut while I watched at least 5 people that ordered after me get served in between the time I ordered and got my order. The person I was with got their stuff 30 seconds after ordering as well...

Édit: Again arrogant drive through order taker who doesn’t know the word “assorted”, and he looses temper with a cringy accent.. this place seems to be defiled. -3 for service and -1 for atmosphere.
As it’s my closest drive through Tim, I was trying to tolerate these bunch of supercilious insolent cult service men.
Suggestions: Atleast assign impertinent ones who knows minimum English back in drive through support, not for me, I wont be back there…

Had a great experience at this Tim Hortons! The staff was friendly, my coffee was perfectly made, and the donuts were fresh and delicious. The service was quick despite the morning rush. Definitely one of the better locations I've been to. Highly recommend

I want to share my great experiences at the Tim Hortons. Every single time I visit, especially during the evening shifts, the staff are absolutely amazing. They are always responsible, attentive, and genuinely care about their customers. Their friendly smiles and positive attitudes create such a welcoming atmosphere. You can tell they take pride in their work and go out of their way to ensure everyone leaves happy. Every visit has been consistently wonderful, and I truly appreciate the effort they put into making the experience so great. They're simply the best!

First of place is very dirty, second I got charged $3 for an extra large coffee when I pay $2.35 at every other timhortons I ever been to. I have worked at a timhortons before so I know how old coffee and coffee that aren't from clean pots tastes. My coffee was cold and tasted like it was aged 100

I came in to get a wrap quickly as I was on a 30 minute lunch. 25 minutes later I'm given the wrong sandwich but I can't order a new one as I have to go back to work. Very disappointed with the service here. When I'm asked where people should get their lunch or breakfast I will definitely be telling them "Anywhere but this Tim Hortons"
