Ordered a BLT, while the bread toasted the girl put my bacon on the chopping board, threw lettuce on top then sprayed mayo over it, she then proceeded to get my bun and scoop it in. Disgusting and I won't go back. My 20 timbits was only 15.

A very unhygienic place today and rude counter attendant.i ordered timbits unfortunately there's flies on that timbits tray. I ask to change the timbits and reminded her that these flies,she choose to argue rather than apologize.

I came through the drive-thru to order some breakfast and had to repeat myself 3 times for every item i ordered. I’m usually pretty clear when i speak and wasn’t mumbling but now felt like i had to yell in a rude way to be understood. I ordered a pumpkin spice iced capp and the guy on the headset repeated it to me so I assumed i’d be getting that, but when i came to the window, they gave me a regular iced capp and only added whipped cream with syrup on top after i told them i had ordered the pumpkin spice one. Knowing how Tim Hortons does it, they’re supposed to blend the syrup in too, just lazy on their part. My bacon bagel BELT had uncooked bacon and the bagel seemed to be bit off too. Honestly very disappointing service and food for something as simple as Tim Hortons…

ordered two French Vanilla. this was the presentation of the drinks. drip marks on cup, coffee grinds on lid and bottom. she brought the two cups to counter by keeping one cup on top of the other one.
no smile, no greetings from the order taker.

We were ten people standing in line and there was only one employee and he was very slow. He was working to fill up for one of the people and we were all waiting for coffee. What kind of treatment is this? Finally, after half an hour, we got coffee from an employee whose behavior was bad with the length of the wait and the few employees thereThe price of coffee is very expensive in Frig Vanilla, it's crazy

I ordered something else but the lady who's wasn't able to understand English properly prepared me this.... What the hell is this ? Why you don't at least hire a person who could fully understand what the costumer has ordered ???? And when I told her that I've not ordered this so then she got angry and told me that I have to pay again for the new order Even though it was their fault..... Never coming back at this branch... Never

If you are a peasant and can't afford a car do not come to this Tim Hortons earlier than 6:30 a.m.
While waiting in the parking lot at 5:55 a.m. I called the store to see what time they open because Google says 24 hours.
As I watch five employees go into the building, I have a gentleman go to the drive-in people when they're going to open the store and they informed him whenever they feel like it or if they have enough employees.
You have three people standing outside you have three people inside working which the drive-thru wasn't busy at all you could unlock the door.
Again Tim Hortons only cares if you have a vehicle. Do not go here before 6:30 a.m.

1 Star - Terrible Experience at Tim Hortons

I usually don’t leave reviews, but my recent experience was so disappointing I felt like I had to say something. I ordered a Scrambled Egg Breakfast Box, a Brookie, and a Large Iced Caramel Coffee, and almost everything went wrong.

First, I received the Scrambled Egg Box, and the top hash brown was cut, but the one underneath wasn’t even touched. I mean, is it really that hard to cut a hash brown? It might sound minor, but it just felt lazy. Still, I was willing to let that go — it was at least edible, so no big complaint there. And I don’t mind

What annoyed me more was the Omelette Bites. I asked for them, and they told me they only had the Spanish one, which I didn’t want. So, I settled for a Brookie, and honestly — that was the best part of my entire meal. It was fresh, tasty, and exactly what I expected.

Now, let’s talk about the worst part: the Caramel Iced Coffee. I usually order mine with almond milk and no sugar, but this time I thought I’d switch it up and try it with caramel and cream. Big mistake. It tasted like a dead mouse soaked in sewage — I’m not even exaggerating. It was so bad that I couldn’t even imagine what it would’ve tasted like with almond milk and no sugar — I probably would’ve vomited after one sip.

And to make matters worse, the staff were rude and unprofessional. The lady working at the register had a miscommunication with the customer in front of me. The customer was trying to ask about her sandwich, and instead of listening, the cashier just ignored her completely and started taking my order. The customer was confused and stepped in front of me again to continue her question — it was just awkward and unnecessary.

To be fair, not all the staff are like this. I’ve had better experiences in the evening, especially with the younger workers — they’re usually friendlier and more helpful. Also, the baked items like donuts and cookies are generally good and fresh, so credit where it’s due.

But overall? Very bad experience. It felt like nobody cared about the quality of the food or the customer service. If you don’t know how to make food properly or treat customers with basic respect, maybe you’re in the wrong job. I won’t be returning to this location anytime soon in morning time

Save your money and your stomach. Don’t go there.

I ordered off the app a BELT, no egg and no cheese. I got my food and as usual checked it to make sure that it was made correctly. There was egg. Both my spouse and I have an egg allergy and I alerted the staff that the sandwiches weren’t made properly. They let me know that I punched in my order wrong and I explained that I didn’t even after showing them the order on the app. For some reason when the order is printed in the store, it didn’t show “no egg”. The staff continued to argue with me telling me I ordered wrong and I could order a regular BLT at any time which I can’t because BLT’s are only sold during lunch/dinner period. I exited the store and checked my food again in the car and I was again missing something. I had to go back in again and request my food be made properly. Again, I was yelled at and argued with for just wanting two sandwiches made properly and having to tell them over and over again that I didn’t want to argue while other customers were lined up waiting to be served. The two older ladies, the one that wears lipstick and glasses and her sidekick need some customer service training because yelling at a customer while there’s a full line and a restaurant full of other patrons is beyond me.

I ordered a BLT. I told her not to put tomatoes but what is this!? Why put so much mayo!? 2 pieces of bacon!!! And I called the lady didn’t even have de decency to apologise. DO BETTER!

This is the dirtiest Tim Horton’s, and perhaps the dirtiest fast food restaurants, I have ever been in. Floors, display case, high chair, walls were all covered in grime. From other reviews it seems this is an ongoing issue. I have sent a formal complaint to Tim Horton’s.
