This is the second time we received rude customer service at this location by a snarky older heavier woman on front cash who I believe is south asian just to help describe the person . Short tempered, abrupt. Hint if you don’t like working with people customer service might not be a good fit. We will never visit this location again and thats also because of the filthy washroom floors, stalls, both sexes with broken door handles that close but don’t lock. I thought the TH at Montreal Square was bad for moody employees who also don’t seem to like their jobs or able to fill an online order complete but at least their washrooms are clean. You want old school Ottawa customer service with classic old diner booths to sit at and clean washrooms checkout 2951 Bank St it puts the east end to shame.

I ordered from drive-thru, and when I went to the window to pick up my order, she made a mistake in my order, and when I asked her to correct the order, she started yelling at me, her behavior was very bad, and when I asked her to calm down, she started yelling again iasked where is the manager Unfortunately, she was the manager. There is no reason why it should take 20 minutes of waiting in a drive thru, with each car being served every 4 minutes, line ups reaching to the staples, cars taking even longer to get passed windows. This location is becoming the worst this city has.

Last week, I was in the area so I stopped in to get a coffee and when I walked-in, I was shocked at what I saw. The place was so dirty,, it was disgusting. It looked as if it hasn’t been cleared for a month. The floor was filthy with garbage everywhere I look, the casing where they keep the baked goods was dusty and full of stains. I turned around to look out, I could barely see outside the windows were so dirty and to top it all, some of the employees handling food weren’t wearing gloves. I was hesitating to take my coffee and had to take a wipe when I got to my car and clean the lid. Really, really disgusting. I’ll never set a foot in there again.
