So I don’t often post reviews that much but this one is much deserved!! The staff is amazing and so kind every time I go( and that’s 5 days out of the week)! At times the lines are long( it’s Timmy lol) but they are quick and never takes to long!! Stop by this location and be greeted by the friendliest staff 🥰

Being a previous supervising employee in this exact location over a decade ago...almost 2 decades in fact! My expectations were set high, even for just a late afternoon weekend snack of donuts and a cappuccino, the employee working named Komal made it a very pleasant experience. Thank you young lady and the rest of this specific Tim Hortons franchises branch for the warm and welcoming environment!!!

Horrible horrible experience. Not one item came out to standard. My breakfast sandwich had a frozen muffin and not toasted (i cut it in half in the photo attached) Hashbrowns were dry. Coffee was burnt. Service was extremely slow. Homeless sleeping inside. Came after church at 11 and it wasnt even busy.

Terrible place to get your coffee and Uber orders. Order elsewhere. No system Dirty Staff do not wash their hands I saw someone take out the trash and didn't remove their gloves, touched the pastries.
This place should be inspected.

Another day of bad service. Daughter is vegetarian, so she ordered a vegetarian wrap. She got a sausage one instead supervisor checked the order and realized it was ok. I’m sure they handed the wrap to the wrong client. What really boggles me is their immediate reaction is to argue with the customer. Even after realizing they are wrong!! It wasn’t like that when I worked at Tim’s 10 years ago. Listen to the client, apologize and solve the issue. Not now. It’s a defensive attitude. The client is wrong, doubt what they say. And they asked if we wanted a refund. Not if we wanted the wrap. We had to tell them we want the wrap. So bad!
