Pretty crazy you can reply to reviews instantly but can’t email me to answer me about the things you legally to give me when terminating someone. Keep in mind I have yet to be properly told I am terminated as no one wants to have the dignity to reply to text messages or emails.

You can remove reviews…? That’s alarming as a customer id want to see the negative reviews and if my claim is false please share videos in detail of your grimey kitchen, funny how I’m getting replies here but no one wants to answer me when I request paystubs and proper pay. I worked here for 4 months and not once did I get a paycheque I didn’t have to follow up about or fight to even receive the paycheque in the first place. Hope this helps anyone who thinks about supporting these people!:)

Let me share a recent experience. I was dining with a friend when I witnessed a troubling interaction. A server was about to seat a customer, but it turned out she was a delivery driver picking up an order. When she arrived, he asked for her thermal bag. She politely explained it was in her car and she would transfer the food once she received it. Despite this, the server responded with rudeness and condescension.

I can’t support a business that treats delivery workers people who help keep their business running with such disrespect.

I’m truly disappointed in this manager. Instead of fixing the problems and finding a solution with his employees, he chooses to blame his customers.
When you ask someone to email you, take the time to check your inbox and apologize.
Don’t post false comments without proof here.

It's not in my habit to write such comments, but I would like to request your intervention. The slim blonde girl who works on Thursdays around 5:00 PM, and who wears a blue shirt, has treated me with disrespect several times. I tried to ignore it in the past, but this time her behavior was extremely unacceptable, especially with Uber drivers !!!!!!!!!!

I kindly ask that you speak with the employee in question and remind her to treat customers with more respect. If no action is taken, I may have to post additional negative comments. However, if I notice an improvement in her attitude, I will remove this comment. Thank you for your understanding.
