Was greeted very rudely at the door from a lady that basically did not want us there telling us that we needed to make a reservation next time even though the restaurant was still over 50% empty.

Went to Donald street Wild Wing and we were frozen like Eskimos. The place wasn’t even that busy, waited for our food over an hour long when we had a kid and teenager getting impatient. The food was cold like the atmosphere. What a disappointment. Kanata Wild Wing much better. Avoid this place if you don’t want be freezing and served cold foods.
Came here for a party of 7 people including a kid and teenager. We got there at 5:15 with no reservations but were seated right away since the place was deserted. Finally everyone at our table arrived at 6pm and we ordered our wings. The restaurant itself was freezing cold inside plus we were next to the main doors of restaurant. No heat in restaurant just in the women’s bathroom. Our appetizers were served before our wings and they were hot. Our main wings were cold. The fries were cold too. I don’t understand the logic we were the only table left from the restaurant and our meals were not hot. Horrible. Our dinner matched the icy atmosphere. Cold restaurant w its cold wings and fries. Unless you’re a eskimo do not go here. Avoid at all costs.

MAPLE CHIPOTLE is my favourite! Must try! I'm blown away by how good that flavour is!

Everytime I order from here there's something made wrong or missing. The Prince of Whales and Kanata locations are amazing though. Don't let this location ruin wild wings for you.
Breakfast are good and well managed. Nice stay for work!

The place was extremely cold inside - even the chairs felt freezing to sit on. I kept my jacket on the whole time and it never got better. When we arrived, the couple before us had just been seated, and everyone else was already eating - so it definitely wasn’t busy - yet we still waited almost 30 min for a very simple meal (3 tenders + sides $14). We finished eating in about 5 min, the food itself was okay, but the tenders had way too much honey garlic sauce. They do have variety on the menu, but this visit was cold and the wait was way too long for such a basic order, which really ruined my impression.

I’am a fan of Wild Wing, but my visit today at 2:15 pm was a letdown. I couldn’t eat the fries, and the service was unfriendly. People don't just go to a restaurant for the food, but also for the service.

Been here twice, and both times the manager, Laura, was rude and unprofessional. She yells at customers and complains about being short-staffed. Terrible service not coming back to this branch.
