Sad to say that Zizi's is now permanently closed. Their final day was Sunday, August 21st. The chef/owner has retired. Ferdi, Barb, Lisa, and the rest of the staff, you will be terribly missed. Thanks for nine WONDERFUL years! ❤❤❤
Did not expect too much but was blown away. Excellent food, simple but beautiful presentation, great service. The catch? It will close permanently in a few weeks. If you have a chance, go!
What a wonderful gem tucked in a Riverside South plaza! The food is amazing (delicious, great portions and selection, reasonable prices), the service is so warm and friendly, and the atmosphere/decor is chic and cozy - a very surprising find in a suburban enclave! I definitely recommend supporting this small local business.
AMAZING!!!!!! First time eating there and definitely won’t be my last!!!! Food was great and service was even better!!!
Great food and great service! Great selection and the price is fair. Absolutely worth giving it a try!
We come here for the lamb and it was perfect as always. The cozy, full and rich taste of home cooked meal. The staff is the most friendly as well. Can't wait till nest time. Oh one downside - the desert portions are a little too big!
Little treasure, a short drive from Ottawa.Started with the PEI mussels, lots of tomato basil sauce, I’ll try the Coconut ginger next time. The Mousakka main course was infused with flavours throughout and well worth having repeatedly. Plate was hard to give back at the end of a wonderfully prepared meal.
Food and customer service is always excellent! My husband and I celebrated our wedding anniversary tonight and had a lovely evening! Thank you for making our celebration so special! ?
Always a great dinner at Zizi's kitchen. I had the Cod tonight and it was delicious, perfectly cooked, served with rice and tender vggies. . We had the meze appetizer with kafta, potatoes, philo and was just right. For dessert, i had the crême brulé and it was the best ive tasted in a very long time. Thanks to Barb for the best service.

What a great restaurant! I was lucky enough to be brought here - the food, the service...I can't wait to go back.
Thank you Zizi for making our Christmas dinner possible! We have begun feasting on your lovely creation and are wowed! Looking forward to our new year dinner! All the love and gratitude from the Kasselis family. Mwah xoxoxox
Absolutely charming restaurant. Incredibly friendly service, talented chef, and delicious food! I highly recommend the lamb tagine and kunefe, my favorites!
We "discovered" this place earlier this year and have fallen in Love with it. We have gone through the menu, ordering everything (not at the same sitting, obviously), and were beyond satisfied each time. It is our "go-to" place when we arrive in Ottawa and when we return home.Never disappointed, always EXCELLENT!??
The place is wonderful. Staff are exceptional and very welcoming. The food is superb and specials add great variety to the menu.
