Ive came and ordered double buddies from here multiple times and every time they seem to always mess up and give me single buddies. I have to go back wberytime and confront them everytime, why is it so hard to listen to the customer and what they are ordering, your also suppose to repeat back wat they say, also the person working when I was there on the 23rd was noticeable unhappy didnt say have a good night or nothing just handed my food put the windows and closed it so disrespectful really, first time I ever had that as an experience usually they are polite

I visited the restaurant, purchasing 3 Teen Burger Combos at the $9.99 special price. Somehow, the total amount I was charged was just under $48. I am still at a loss as to how that number was arrived at. To my calculations, I should have been charged about $35 not $48. This is not the first time I have been over charged. In fact, I purchased the exact same orders from Goderich and Exeter. The Exeter total was significantly less money. Why?

I enjoyed a breakfast here on my way to Goderich ,I was pleased with the service and the food was better that I expected I had 2 toast 2 bacon 2 sausages 2 eggs and a hash brown with a small coffee for one $12.99

Very Yt. Staff couldn’t take our order for 10 minutes because they were in the middle of a gossip session. Lied to another patron about veggie burgers. Everything on the menu was “a ten minute wait” Yt customers that came in us after ordered 5 kids meals and 4 burgers. We ordered 3 burgers and two fountain sodas. Other group was served ten minutes before us. 0/10, would not recommend

Had a negative experience on December 13 at 2:46 PM as one of the burgers seem to have been repurposed and had a byte already taken. I still have no transparency on how this happened or what will be done to fix the issue. Until then I don’t recommend this place.

Turn the heat on! The dining area is cold. The temperature is very low and you have to wear a coat to eat breakfast. There are seniors who will not come here anymore because of this.

This poor girl is run off her feet serving counter, drive thru and answering phones. Kudos to her. This is goderich Ontario a&w. Shame on the owners fir not having extra help on a busy Friday afternoon!!
