Had a great experience at Harvey’s! The servers, Jen and Jessica, were super friendly and made sure everything was perfect with our order. The food came out fresh and exactly how we wanted it. I came in around 4:30 yesterday and there was not very many people. I had ordered an Angus combo and my friend had ordered an original combo. Both burgers were cold and the onions seem clear and gone bad and the lettuce was brown when we started to eat our burgers. We noticed the temperature of them and the quality of the ingredients We had gone up to the counter and asked to speak to a manager about a refund on our meal Come to our surprise the staff had told us that the manager was not in the building. They were not aware that he was not in the building. And that he and was not aware when he would be back we were unable to get a refund and we had waited around for 30 minutes after to see if he would be back soon unfortunately, we had to leave hungry and not satisfied by far one of the worst Harvey’s me and my friend had ever eaten that and we will not choose to return.

The place smells so bad when you walk in. The restaurant looks like it's never cleaned. We were the only people in the restaurant and our food still sat under the heat lamp for 10 minutes.. don't waste your money here.
