We had the festive feast. Chicken was very good as well as rest of meal, however the stuffing... well it's not the highlight of the meal. Service was just okay. I believe language may be an issue, as we struggled to understand each other when ordering.
I always have the best angus burger here. Service is fantastic- lots of friendly staff with big warm smiles. 👌☺️

I pre-ordered a swiss chalet meal for pickup at 545pm. When I arrived they didn't have my meal ready. They hadn't even started preparing it yet. Even those I PRE-ORDERED. So my 3 year and I had to wait in line. My fries weren't seasoned as I had ordered them. I ordered 4 cajun sour creams. They didn't have any so the man said. So he gave me sour cream. I didn't want 4 sour cream. I would have just liked a refund for the sauce. When we finally received our meal, we walk to the car and I check the meal. Only to realize they didn't include my daughter fries to go with her kids meal. So of course we have to walk back into the restaurant and get her fries. Ridiculous absolutely Ridiculous. Very disappointed in this Swiss Chalet. Clearly they need more staff or a better operating system. Not very organized.
