I appreciate this health store for their products and even more so respect their willingness to stand against the tyranny (and brainwashed masses) during COVID and allow people to make their own health decisions. Certain medical grade masks can protect wearers from inhaling germs; however they have many negative health impacts and are ultimately protection for the person wearing the mask, so you don't need to shame others if they choose not to wear them. Please don't buy into fear mongering or divisive tactics such as shaming others for their personal health choices. Thank you Healthward Bound :)

This is an excellent health food store that I’ve been frequenting for over 20 years. I fully respect their continued belief in strengthening our immune system through lifestyle, food and the wonderful supplements available… hence not supporting the mask-mandates, etc that would push us towards dependency on pharmaceuticals. I support Pam more than ever for this.

Pam is knowledgeable about the products that she sells. If there is a product that you want and it's not in stock, she will try to get it for you. The staff is helpful in choosing vitamin supplements and other health care products.

I have the same questions as John P. It does seem confusing especially for a store that claims to focus on Health. I visited the store and found that neither the owner nor a staff member were wearing masks. I explained that this made me uncomfortable. The owner claims to have a medical exemption to not wear a mask. I don't understand how that extends to not having a face shield or having a plexi-glass barrier that she could stand behind for financial transactions.
