Tried to pick up a pizza and some crazy bread on my lunch break and I called the place about four times in a row zero answer so I drove by to see what’s going on. when I went in to ordered I asked if they are getting any calls and I could hear the phone ringing in the background and I asked if they were going to answer it and he said that we don’t answer the phone when we are busy and I looked around and seen nothing but busy and no orders being made or anything in the keep warm or online. not sure what’s going on but that ain’t good customer service wasted the time waiting when it could have been ready.

Tried to order pizza here today on my lunch break (3:45pm) nobody would answer the phone. So I took a drive over to see if they were open, sure enough they were. Empty parking lot, no customers. I go in and ask why they aren't answering the phone, his response was they were busy for the last hour (doubtful)......????? Whats that have to do with the last 20 min, not a customer in sight and you can't pick up a phone. These owners must be rich and not need the business. I'll go elsewhere next time. Wasted my break tryna get a pizza, won't make the same mistake again.

I was trying to order online with a combo at $22.99. It’s not successful. When I arrived at the store in Goodrich . I was told the pice will be $9 more. I suggest the little Caesars either not show lower price online or remark the store order ‘s price is higher than online. Otherwise, I felt cheated.

How can you go wrong with pizza it was as expected but the service was excellent a friendly smile from the staff. They actually brought the pizza out to car when it was ready as I was waiting in the parking lot for it be prepared. The person working the counter was excellent nice to see customer service again.

First ordered online came to pick up my food everything was great but the people who say less greasy than other places I'd say it's about the same as other Caesars. I had also noticed that the restaurant isn't really wheelchair accessible... now that's something that's a bit crazy to me in 2024.
Wheelchair accessibility: Not really. There is no disabled parking and no automatic doors would likely need someone to hold the door if you need to enter via mobile aid devices

I ordered online my pizza was done and ready to hand it out to me and the two people cutting up the pizza talked to me once then ignored me for 10 mins while my food is sitting there and it could of been given to me long time ago and it look like the person working the front was more interested in training the person cutting the pizza when helping people waiting. only way i got my food was to look pissed and got someone else that was making the dough to find my pizza 2 sec later I am very upset with the service

As a parent of three teenagers I was beyond impressed with service given on Saturday Feb 17, 2024. A young man met my husband at the door with his pizzas rather than waiting behind the counter. As we were pulling away another young man was wiping counters and another was cleaning in the back. Impressed to see the kids working when no one was known to be watching. Kiddos kids!!!
