Tried to pick up a pizza and some crazy bread on my lunch break and I called the place about four times in a row zero answer so I drove by to see what’s going on. when I went in to ordered I asked if they are getting any calls and I could hear the phone ringing in the background and I asked if they were going to answer it and he said that we don’t answer the phone when we are busy and I looked around and seen nothing but busy and no orders being made or anything in the keep warm or online. not sure what’s going on but that ain’t good customer service wasted the time waiting when it could have been ready.

Tried to order pizza here today on my lunch break (3:45pm) nobody would answer the phone. So I took a drive over to see if they were open, sure enough they were. Empty parking lot, no customers. I go in and ask why they aren't answering the phone, his response was they were busy for the last hour (doubtful)......????? Whats that have to do with the last 20 min, not a customer in sight and you can't pick up a phone. These owners must be rich and not need the business. I'll go elsewhere next time. Wasted my break tryna get a pizza, won't make the same mistake again.

I was trying to order online with a combo at $22.99. It’s not successful. When I arrived at the store in Goodrich . I was told the pice will be $9 more. I suggest the little Caesars either not show lower price online or remark the store order ‘s price is higher than online. Otherwise, I felt cheated.
