We arrived at this location around 3:36pm and we head to the first window and was rudely greeted by this older woman our order was 20.34 with a coupon and we handed her a 20$ and we go we’re gonna do the rest on debit and he replied “seriously you don’t have 34 cents it cost the company more to do this” if it costed the company money I’m sure they would make it so you can’t do under a dollar on debit she gave us a hard time about doing 34 cents on debit which isn’t an issue because I use to work fast food, never an issue once, she has gaven us problems in the past about coupons and meal deals instead of explaining she’s gets mad anyway I think this worker should be fired and investigated or not be a greeter she is not nice avoid this lady all costs seems like she’s always having a bad day. HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!! And bad customer service worst I’ve ever seen

Just wasted $13 at 11 pm on 17th.
Got cold poutine, coffee just slightly warm, sandwiches cold patty completely.
Fees should be base on the quality . You eat and then decide how much it worth for.

Ordered a few minutes ago. We work and have little time for lunch so used the drive thru. Food is handed out window before we stop. Might as well have been thrown at us. All 3 sweet chilli mc chickens asked for no shred lettuce...well there was nothing but dry chicken and buns wrapped. Not the first time we had bad service. Disappointed to say the least. Train your employees better. We rate the experience *****. Way to go. Keep up the good work.

This location doesnt follow the drive through order because of the two lanes, and they dont do the rewards points. The wouldnt take my code at the drive through , then when I asked the girl at the window she said they don't do them anymore.

Two Gun

I find that more often than not, I have to pull over and wait for my order, for simple things that i shouldn't be waiting for(ie: happy meals or just fries). And I am still waiting and 5-10, sometimes more people behind me have gotten their order and are gone. That's happened 4 times in the last month and a hlf, and if it weren't for my kids, I wouldn't be going back).

I took my 2 kids to McDonalds on a random Wednesday night (tonight), and not only was our order correct, but there was an employee that was so amazing. They had a table of arts and crafts set up, and she was making baloon animals. My son asked if she knew how to make a sword, and she cheerfully said she did, and proceeded to make him 1. She then went on to make about 5 more, for the rest of the kids in restaurant. She then had all the kids join for an 'Epic Sword Fight' ! All the kids were laughing and having a great time. We left smiling and my kids said it was the best day ever !!!!

Ordered my food at kiosk, no receipt, not surprised. then went to washroom. Got stuck on toilet because there was no toilet paper. Had to call restaurant to get toilet paper. Guy sticks head in washroom , doesn't see me because I'm in the stall, and then walks out. Guess I'm wiping with napkins. Get out of bathroom and food isn't ready yet. Wait wait wait. Ask where my order is. Staff points to order pickup shelf. My cold burgers have been sitting on the shelf the whole time I was in bathroom.
Seems like pretty basic stuff to have receipt paper in the kiosks and TP in the bathroom. Now I have cold food, and mcdonalds employees wondering why I'm upset. Maybe they just need more staff behind the counter staring at screens
