Food mediocre, Service horrible, after an hour wait for our food, never brought us drinks or acknowledge we were there until we were putting our coat on to leave.

Our group of 4 attended Volkfest and around 1 pm we decided to have lunch here..big mistake. We waited several minutes and were ignored by wait staff, we had to actually find someone to bring menus. We did get them and after 22 minutes of waiting we decided to leave. The wait staff seemed totally disoriented and disorganized running back and forth , people like us we in before others who were served first and others waited for any kind of service, We did get the attention of one girl heading back to the kitchen, but she just looked at us and ignored us completely. I think the restaurant was understaffed and perhaps even incompetent or disconcerted when it came to the staff that afternoon. Regardless of how good the food may have been, this restaurant needs to clean up its act. Never coming back and definitely not recommending to anyone.

Food was just OK. The waitress took 15 minutes to notice we had sat down at a table. The order was not complicated, my wife had a bowl of soup and a chicken burger. I ordered a Santa fe wrap with fries. We waited 25 minutes to order this meal. When the food arrived at the one hour mark we were totally fed up with the poor service. The wrap i got was so-so. The fries were oily and cool. The soup my wife got was at best OK. The chicken burger had lettuce , tomatoe and mayonaise on it and no chicken. It took another ten minutes to get the waitresses attention. She apologized and took it back to the kitchen. This was at the one and a half hour mark. She brought out the burger and said I stole this one from another order. We asked her for our bill at this point. This arrived in one minute flat. This trip to Paddy O'neils was my first trip there and my last. Horrible service ,food and over priced.

Absolutely terrible! This was my first time here yesterday with my friend and my son we waited nearly 1.5 hours for our food when we asked for the status of our food we were asked what we ordered I was shocked they did not have a record of this. Tracy seemed be the only waitress who had a clue what was going on. She went and got an update for us and came back with our food everything was cold we were respectful enough to pay however first time in my life that I did leave a tip as I feel one was not warranted. No one asked us if we needed anything no one checked up on us and overall service was terrible new waitress kept playing with her hair entire time kept dropping everything and we will not be back ! What a terrible first impression.

TRACY! Tracy made our visit today AMAZING! The atmosphere was already set with live music but Tracy brought it to the next level. We were visiting from out of town for the day and she’s our highlight!

Went to Paddy O'Neil's on Aug 31 for for my birthday. When we walked in it wasn't too busy and we were seated right away. The server Came over took our drink order and food order all at the same time. Our drinks came promptly, but our food took 2 hrs.

When we got our food you could see it had been sitting under a heat lamp for awhile. The burgers were hard and buns were burnt. The club house only had the chicken and cheese on it not even toasted, no tomato, lettuce or bacon. My Nacho's were horrible. I asked the waiter to take them away and I would share my partner's beef dip. The Waiter Daniel apologized and went back in the kitchen and made them himself, they were amazing. We should have left as soon as we walked in, the table beside us waited an hour for 2 kids hot dogs and fries. I will not be back and not due to the service.

Do not recommend. Food is bland, overcooked and over an hour wait for lunch.

Absolutely terrible service. Young man working tried his best. He was working with an older woman that was absolutely useless and rude. Friday Aug 22 9pm. I believe I spoke with the owner or the manager who absolutely did NOT care either. If you are NOT a local you will get absolutely NO service. Food was mediocre at best. Definitely would NOT repeat. NO IT WAS NOT BUSY, just absolutely terrible service. I honestly thought maybe I was NOT alive or I was living in a nightmare.

We ordered two Smash Burgers that as far I know weren’t Smash Burgers. There were no fried onions, a signature of a good smash burger, and it was dry. My friend ordered a Basic Burger which was way over cooked. Our server was sweet and attentive for just having started two days prior. It definitely had a good pub vibe and was welcoming but disappointed in the food.
