Came in this morning- aug 27 to get breakfast, in the process of ordering our food. One of the employees working at the food counter very rudely yelled at us not the other employee that there was no scrambled egg (when the employee taking our order had already notified us there would be a wait on this we agreed & still wanted it) this women was so rude we decided not to get anything, cancelled our order & walked out. We were simply wanting to order breakfast & one that has been advertised all over- the loaded sausage scrambled egg. So sad.

I went to this Tim's the one night aug 17 and there was these two younger kids working and the girl couldn't even cut a bagle and was making fun of what the person had on it and the younger guy was very rude to me I will not be going back to that Tim's at night again but there was one man that was working and he was very nice and doing his job very well

I met the owners last year and there always working in their stores. Each time I come to town I always see them. Very helpful and great to deal with as I get my snacks for vendors for my sales calls. Thanks Team.

When i bring in my own cup, it's to avoid the waste. When you make my drink in a plastic cup, then tanster it to my cup, then throw out the plastic cup? I often wonder what goes through your brain. You have a reusable cup. I've been there before, but never again. What is the possible point of bringing my own cup just for you to throw out the plastic cup anyway? Absolutely insane. I'd give a zero star if I could.

I generally have a mediocre experience here, fast coffee that's fresh is good. Today the service was very stunted. I was at the counter. The associate on counter at 11am was fantastic, he was courteous, polite and calm. He got my drinks quickly and without difficulty. The food service area was absolutely terrible. Only one person creating the sandwiches and wraps. At break time with a huge influx of customers in drive through and counter. The drive thru associates were standing leaning on the counter arms crossed doing nothing as the food counter associate busted ass packing over 10 sandwiches. I had two muffins waiting to be warmed. I stood and waited for ten minutes as no one assisted the food counter. Finally an associate came from the back and offered help to which I heard "I'm good" from the counter associate. I asked for my muffins cold and left. The counter associate apologized and handed me my muffins.
This is a failure in management and team work.
