Staff is always great I’m a little disappointed though in tonight’s kitchen staff, serving food can suck I understand. but to serve a burger that you can smell the rotten lettuce on is appalling, I got home after a long day of work and take a bite out of something that instantly filled my mouth with a horrible taste I’m allergic to mold so my body gets tingling from the spores I open the top of the burger pull the lettuce off you can visibly see the rotting/mold. This has made me question the way your food is being stored/handled. In goderich your fast food restaurant is my number one as of tonight I’ll be double thinking when getting another order from here.

Food was hot and fresh! Brought to my table with a smile. The thing that made my day was the cashier, went outta his way to open the door and help the elderly. You don't see it much anymore. He made my day. Thanks Wendy's staff.

Waited a long time at the Goderich Wendy's after ordering the number 10 duo wraps, there was plenty of grilled chicken but no lettuce and no shredded cheese. Ask that only no sauce, the girl at the window was apologizing for the wait as i watched others sitting around resting while the fries got cold!
Fast food is fast food. I got what I was expecting. Staff were 1000%, as was the facility.

What in the actual hell is wrong with your staff? How hard is it to actually make a burger with what a customer asks for? No cheese, 3 times, repeat it back to me..... But no of course it came with cheese anyways so frustrating ( 7 times now same issue)

The employees are friendly, and the customer service is excellent. They are well organized, so there is hardly any wait time for your order. The interior design is modern and comfortable. It was fun watching TV while enjoying my lunch. The place is kept very clean. They even have a nice outdoor patio. I highly recommend Goderich Wendy's.
