I was in this location (Huntsville) on a busy Saturday 23 , August afternoon, an elderly couple in front of me was ordering their meal, they have a digital coupon in their phone, and they didn't know how to use it, the lady who works at the front desk was patiently helped them to get their order done, it took quite a while to explain and went through everything they wanted, but I was very pleased the staff was very helpful, I ordered a double mozzarella and a mama burger and I was waiting for them to call me but instead the staff brought the food to my table, I think they do a fantastic job to serve the customers.

We frequent this location at least once a month. The food is generally good and made fresh to order but I had to write this review as it has deteriorated significantly. We have been going to this location since it opened and we found the food consistently fresh and delicious. But over the last few visits, we found the restaurant understaffed and the dining area and facilities to be woefully inadequate. Specifically, the washrooms are filthy. The women's washroom smells like sewage and the walls and floors are grimy. The floors in the restaurant are equally gross. There has been a literal hole in the wall now for at least 3 weeks it is addressed by having to tables pressed against it with caution tape all around. All of the glass surfaces had dirty finger prints and it was just unpleasant. The saving grace was when we walked into thr restaurant the staff were cleaning and wiping down the food preparation area. So there's that. The staff looked swamped and busy and not attentive to customers walking in or to the state of the restaurant. I tried to convey my observations with a manager but couldn't find one so I hope they read this and try to improve.

Great burger and fries. They don't skimp on the lettuce and tomatoes. Actually looks like the menu pics. Subtracted one star b/c, like everywhere these days, the fountain root beer is too heavy on sugar and too light on co2. 5 stars for atmosphere b/c lavs are spotless and it's a Canadian chain.

Just left and got home to find we are missing a fry after spending over $100 not the first time they have forgot part of the meal so now some one gets half a meal and the last time they forgot the entire kids meal then we drove back up to get it and was called a liar by one of the cooks, manager ended up making him redo the meal and gave us $20 for the mistake which was good of him but just wish they could Make Sure We Get What We Pay For.- Kaitlyn's husband
