Pretty terrible service I pulled in at 10:30 at night on a Friday. Hours clearly say open till 11. There was 3 cars in the drive thru and a number of customers in the store. I was very rudely told they were closed. I could visibly see people in there making food. Won’t be going back. Place is a joke.

The Gravenhurst restaurant is the best. Coffee and tea is always piping hot, the way it should. Food is always cooked to perfection and the staff is always willing to go the extra mile. The food is all ethically sourced, which is really important to us. They even have a Canadian Breakfast with over medium eggs, toast, sausages, bacon, potatoes and tomatoes for an unbeatable price.
Our restaurant feels inviting, which I hardly can say about any other A&W. Come to Gravenhurst, and you will not be disappointed. Most important, even though an American chain, A&W Canada is independently operated in Canada, with most revenue staying in Canada!

I have to say, A & W is sadly left out of the breakfast game when it comes to fast food however I went today and I’m VERY impressed! The atmosphere was bright and enjoyable, the staff was super friendly (I had a female cashier… I believed her name started with a P), the food looked pictures perfect (including the frosted mug for my orange juice) and was terrific! Don’t sleep on A & W folks!! The only drawback I would say is that they serve red rose tea as their orange pekoe which is weird because they have a better branded speciality tea.

Gravenhurst A&W is a super spot. We rarley eat fast food, however their little buddy burgers are served with fried onions and were freshly cooked. Good fries and ice cold mug. Staff is friendly and attentive.
I was in this location (Huntsville) on a busy Saturday 23 , August afternoon, an elderly couple in front of me was ordering their meal, they have a digital coupon in their phone, and they didn't know how to use it, the lady who works at the front desk was patiently helped them to get their order done, it took quite a while to explain and went through everything they wanted, but I was very pleased the staff was very helpful, I ordered a double mozzarella and a mama burger and I was waiting for them to call me but instead the staff brought the food to my table, I think they do a fantastic job to serve the customers.
