I go to Boston Pizza in Bracebridge often never an issue. I came here to have dinner with my wife took quite a while to get served which it is what it is and then. She ordered penne noodles with Alfredo sauce and chicken they brought hers out. It was room temperature or colder. She asked for freshly grated Parm, which took over 10 minutes and also asked for more sauce because it was very dry.
