Our server Mandeep at Boston Pizza really made the whole experience stand out. From the moment we were seated she was friendly, attentive, and easy to talk to. She checked in at just the right times without making us feel rushed, and was quick to refill drinks and make sure everything was tasting good. Overall, the service was warm, efficient, and added a lot to the experience. Definitely one of the reasons we will come back.

We (Greater Sudbury Ringette - U12A) had a great experience with Boston Pizza - Gravenhurst. The owner, Anmol, was excellent to work with from start to finish. Communication was clear and quick, and he made the whole process easy for our team.
He worked closely with us to stay within budget while still providing plenty of high-quality food for our team and their families. Everything was well organized and delivered exactly as planned.
The food was delicious, and the kids especially loved the Bugs and Cheese with garlic toast. That was a big hit.

The vegetables are dried out and flimsy, the food too so long to get to us only to be disappointed with the vegetables on my kids plate. After eating there we got sick for a week after. Horrible place and food
