Good food. Fair prices. Service is exceptionally slow. Can't fit in to an hour lunch and work across the street. 1 server working the floor. They need more staff

I have to be in Muskoka for five or six days for a project, I came here for dinner the first night. I ordered a burger and a canadian beer. It's just that, in my opinion, adding some ham on their burger is an extra thing, because their burger meat was tasty enough.

This was our first time ever at a Chucks roadhouse , but will not be our last . The food was amazing and extremely affordable but most of all the service was excellent, Karan was very friendly and an excellent Server. Thanks for an amazing experience.

Just recently been to this location, it's smaller & cute, food is great, service could use some improvement. But location could just be understaffed when we visited ☺️

Waited over an hour for food and still never got. This is not the first time. Manager wouldn't even come see me. As a business owner in the same town. I fond it terrible customer service. I will never return and tell all my friends.

Slow to serve us anything this afternoon. First time going so we were checking it out. We had to flag them down for any type of service . Fish was very overcooked. I watched a family across from us wait patiently as well for 35 minutes with three small children. They and two other couples left as they were not served either. Can't say much positive about it. They need to get it together fast or I don't see much future for them.

Excellent food, friendly staff and nice atmosphere

Excellent customer service!! Food was amazing and good ambience. Our experience went a level up as Manager makes sure that overall customer service is good. I would recommend strawberry pecan salad with steak or chicken . Will be back !!
