The food is very good and mild . Rasmalai is just wow 🥰. Try the paneer tikka and chicken biriyani. The biriyani is bit different from usual biriyani we get in restaurants. This is awesomely tasteful 🥰
I did not eat in the restaurant so can not highly rate what I have not experienced, but the decor is amino traditional Indian tapestry and muskoka cottage.
Trefoil is excellent 👌 quality authentic indian cuisine and the staff was friendly and polite with prompt service even during the dinner rush of a Saturday evening.

A fantastic place to dine in (though they provide take away service as well) ..Essence of Spice offers an authentic and delicious taste of India. Every dish was perfectly spiced and bursting with flavour. Owners are incredibly welcoming and their passion for food was evident.
