Excellent store. Friendly and warm. The Health food Market in Bracebridge should take a leaf out of their book. That place is awful. They treat customers so rudely. I highly recommend Fresh Nutrition N Lifestyle for variety, friendly service, and a welcoming atmosphere.

Great pricing on products that are mostly from Canadian distributors. They make it easy to support and shop small and local businesses in the Gravenhurst area .
Great little health food store - beautifully laid out. Selling local or Canadian products as much as possible. High quality meats and dried goods. Dan is helpful in ordering supplements which I need for my medical conditions.

We drove by and turned around to see what this store was all about. They have a vast selection of organic bulk items, keto-friendly snacks and naturopathic remedies. There is even a place to have your hair cut! I didn't know what this place was driving by and so glad I stopped. I think more advertising or better branding will help people know about your store, awesome products and competitive prices.
