Everything was amazing the service was amazing and I highly recommend coming in and eating and enjoy the food and the experience the staff has a fun twist on making your day better and over all I highly recommend

I took one bite from my veggie burger and there was a literal chunk of wood in it. I contacted Harvey’s through their website and I was told my issue was sent to the proper team to handle it (my guess is the actual location) but it’s been since Nov 17 and I tried to follow up to the email with no response.
Update: Owner replied to this review Dec 30 but it looks as though they deleted the reply. I filled out another form have not heard anything as of yet. 🤷🏼♀️

This location is also a Swiss Chalet. Both restaurants have reasonably priced food. Depending on the drive thru line up it can take a little longer for dining in.

This Harvey's Gravenhurst location was TERRIBLE. The service was awful, we had to wait 30 minutes to get our order and they did not get it right. They over charged us for JR Chicken that we didn't ordered and never got. The cook at the back was very very slow and the garnisher was clearly not trained. When I asked for a manager, the staff said there was no manager on duty?
I filled out the questionnaire for a response and still have not heard back. TERRIBLE customer service. We should have gone to the McDonalds across the street or the AandW next door.

Unfortunately completely dissatisfied with the service I seen here. I usually only go through the drive thru but it was way too hot outside and it was packed in the drive thru. I was missing half my order but the employee was rude and cut me off saying it was in the bag. I didn’t feel like arguing as there was tons of customers waiting for their orders as well and it was already a super hot day. I watched the man working the burger/wrap building station use the same tongs for everything when there’s different tongs and spoons for the toppings (some people may have severe food allergies). As well as he touched his face with his gloves and proceeded to wrap up peoples food while wearing those same gloves. I didn’t see him change them a single time as I was standing there for quite a while waiting for my food.
