Me and two others went to McDonald’s to get McFlurry’s. We ordered the salty caramel ones and they were way too salty so we asked if we could replace them and they did it with no hesitation pure sweethearts. and we also missed out on a deal to get a free fry so we asked if we could still have it and they did it Again with no hesitation best service ever would’ve 1000% recommend

I kid u not everytime I go here I have an issue. Today was last straw. Got a bacon and egg McMuffin, grilled cheese happy meal and strawberry banana smoothie. Tell me why my egg was old muffin was burnt, grilled cheese was literally so old it wouldn’t stick together and my smoothie tasted like someone put cleaner in it. I’ve tried to call and getting user busy. Starting to feel really sick dizzy. Horrible location!!!! Just got ahold of the manager, she was great with handling the situation so thank you to her.

Horrible location, every single time I go I have to repeat my order 5 times just for them to still mess it up. I don’t understand how hard it is even a very basic meal with no customizations they mess up and very unfriendly they never smile, never have manners and rush you through. You say one thing and you get “is that all” after every single word. If I owned this location I’d definitely take another look over my staff and start firing off a lot of them because they are genuinely terrible at their jobs. Avoid this location and go to orillia or bracebridge literally anywhere else

very bad service. they mix up orders with another car that was behind us. this is not the first time! and they still ask for extra money. and on the way I find out that I am missing the hamburgers that I paid for! I will fix it properly! and train your staff on how to properly work at work!
