We visited during the snow emergency in Gravenhurst as we were stranded there for a couple of days. Melissa was working all alone and was one of the few employees working anywhere in town that day. Despite the pressure she was cheerful and provided great service. As a bonus the coffee and muffins were excellent. Place is also very charming. Highly recommend.

Just received great customer service from the young lady working . It would've been nice to leave her a tip however it's not set up on the machine. If a manager could correct this it would be greatly appreciated by customers and staff .

The staff here are amazing! We always have such a great experience. They're patient with my kids and always happy to customize an order (e.g. add milk to hot chocolate to cool it down). I've been here dozens of times and honestly never had a bad experience. We love going here, it's family friendly, great service and hot coffee. Thanks for your hard work ladies! You're awesome!!

Very disappointed in the sandwiches but broccoli soup was good. The whole place needs to be cleaned well & decor needs updating. It's a small coffee shop in Gravenhurst so there isn't much to choose from for a quick lunch in the town honestly.

We found this cute little cafe due to needing a restroom. They had no problem with providing us with one, so we thought we would get it a try... found surprisingly fresh, moist and flavorable for getting the day old mix bag with our coffee's! The gals were friendly and whipped up our orders in a timely fashion, will stop again when in town!

Coffees were good and the donuts we got. The coffees were overflowing and spilled on us.
The service on the other hand was abhorrent. The barista was rude and unwelcoming. To the point we heard another couple talk about it and decided to just leave the coffee shop and we did too.
Skip this place and go to Tim Hortons. Your wallet and peace of mind will thank you.

The staff is rude. We asked for coffees and they kept giving us indirect taunts like we cant do this or do that. We had to tell them 4 times about the bagels we wanted as if they dont care what we said. Terrible experience and terrible coffee they dont know what they are making.
