Pepperoni and bacon were underneath the cheese on my pizza. Soggy/undercooked toppings. Tried to contact to correct the issue but didn’t receive any customer service.

I recently visited this location and, unfortunately, it was one of the worst experiences I’ve had. The lack of experience of staff was noticeable. On top of that, the place was unclean, which really put me off.
As for the pizza itself – it was a huge letdown. The crust was disappointingly flat, and it was way too oily and greasy to enjoy. It’s a shame because I was really looking forward to a good meal, but I left disappointed.

Terrible service. The front was empty for 5 minutes before someone came out and my pizza was sitting on the oven for 10 minutes getting cold as they chatted in the back on the phone. It was probably too hot to eat right away, but i was picking up to drive home.
