Walked in to order a pizza but first need to use the washroom. Omg it looked liked it never had been cleaned but if that was not gross enough, the smell was unbearable no words can explain it. I just couldn't bring myself to order anything. Just walked out!

Terrible customer service.This store in Gravenhurst has a foul smell, and the staff looks like they haven’t showered in months. The food handling is extremely poor. I ended up getting sick after eating here.Never coming back.

Six of us came from Toronto to visit Bethune Memorial museum. We stopped by the Pizza Hut for late lunch. We ordered an extra large pizza and were ensured that it would be enough for six. After 10-15 minutes waiting, we received 2 large pizzas, more than what we asked for. We really appreciated their generosity and hospitality. We strongly recommend this restaurant to anyone visiting this beautiful town. With gratitude, the restaurant deserves 5 stars from us
Pepperoni and bacon were underneath the cheese on my pizza. Soggy/undercooked toppings. Tried to contact to correct the issue but didn’t receive any customer service.
