Spent a weekend at an AirB&B with freinds and ordered from here without knowing it was for pickup and not delivery. Called in to cancel the order after realizing my mistake about 5 minutes afterwards. I was told it was cancelled on Dec 8th. It's now Dec 28th and I still have not received a refund or confirmation of the cancellation despite having called numerous times.Took multiple calls to get a manager on the line who simply told me they would call me back. They didn't.The other staff that did answer had no idea how to confirm if the order itself was cancelled. I was also promised multiple times that I would receive a refund - first within 48 hours, than 7 days and now, literally 20 days later, there isn't even a confirmation of the cancellation.Horrible location.

Thank you to the gentlemen that were behind the counter. Fast, friendly and knowledgeable. My pizza was done perfectly and I appreciate that you actually went light on the bbq sauce on my pizza but, not too light that I couldn’t taste it. Also, it was cooked to perfection. Great deal 2 my boxes for $19.99. By the way the chicken bites were also cooked well and sauced perfectly. Definitely my pizza go to when I’m in Gravenhurst
Hands down to my surprise the best Pizzahut I have ever tried in my life. Had Pizzahut after 5 months, took pizza of the day & it tasted like heaven ?Went to an old pizzahut store in Sudbury same day, but it wasn't even close to Gravenhurst's one. Crew was nice as well.

Ordered a pizza - take out with extra toppings. The extra cheese was not much extra. Olives were barely there. When a customer orders toppings he would like to see them and taste them as well. Not here. Hopefully this will serve this location as a reminder not to be so cheap. I paid for it!!!
