Stopped by Pizzaville in Gravenhurst on our way to Muskoka and grabbed an XL 5-topping pizza, 2 dips, and 2 drinks for our group of four. The place is spacious with plenty of seating, and the staff were friendly. The pizza was tasty—slightly more well done than usual, but still really good overall. Great spot to stop and grab a bite before heading up north!
We walked in just 10 minutes before closing and Kay served us with so much happiness and patience, making us feel truly valued as customers even at the end of the day. The pizza was absolutely delicious—fresh, flavorful. Thank you, Kay.

**UPDATE** - My husband reached out to the head office and was then contacted by the Manager of the Gravenhurst location, who took this matter very seriously. The issue was dealt with in a very professional and satisfactory manner. We will most definitely visit this location again. Thank you!
A word of caution regarding tipping: My husband went in to purchase a single slice of pizza to go. When he used the payment machine, he noticed that a $2 tip—amounting to roughly 40%—had been manually added by the counter attendant without his consent. He had to specifically ask for the tip to be removed. This raises concerns about how often this occurs and what actions justify adding a tip in the first place. Don't be fooled by some of these reviews that are mostly likely made by friends and family.
