Very nice location. Staff was excellent and pizza was hot and tasty.Vegetarian options: They were great at making half our pizza vegetarian and they also had vegetarian pizza available.Parking: Lots of parking and disabled parking just outside the entrance

I ordered a large pizza that the crust was so burnt you couldn't eat. I ordered 2 panzerottis - deep fried - I don't know if the oil was old or what the case was but the usually yummy panzerotti crust was hard I had to use a knife to cut if off. And they were both split. I had garlic dipping sauce that was in a sealed package but yellow in colour like old mayonaise. I will NEVER order from this store again. I will make the drive to Orillia.

We had a gathering of 50 people in Bala,so we chose pizzaville for 6 party pizzas,wedges,and 80 asst.wings.The pizzas had delicious fresh toppings,wings were delicious,all in all a great choice for us.Manager at store location (Sunny) was very helpful,and attentitive to our needs.Highly recommended.
Saturday night at 6:45 and they have no slices.
