The workers didn't know which flavors are gluten free. The ice cream was decent.

The service was very slow, and I even noticed people behind us in line leaving due to the wait. Even after we made our payment, one of our frozen yogurts took quite a while to be served.

Whoever was working here on the morning of July 28, 2024 was very unprofessional. When my wife was paying for the ice cream, she was taking a few seconds longer to get the iPhone faceID mechanism to recognize her face before approving the transaction. The server impatiently said to my wife while pointing on the tap machine, “it’s on the top, it’s on the top”, implying that my wife had no idea how to pay for it, and she had no patience to wait for her.

The ice cream was also hastily put on top of the cone. It almost fell off the cone as my kid was eating it. When I asked her for a cup, she rudely gave me a one word answer, “no”, and looked away.

Rest assured I will not come here again even if it’s the last ice cream shop in Canada.

I was just there with a large group and we had a fantastic experience! Sarah took all of our orders and then started pumping out sweet treats 1 at a time. I was so impressed with her professionalism and friendly demeanor. I would have understood if she'd been overwhelmed, but she was incredible and handled it all in stride.

Great portions, delicious coffee drinks and a really nice area to spend some time. 10 out of 10 recommend!!!

The ice cream is delicious, but I think the gelato is even better. The waiting period is long and it takes a while for the ice cream to come out, so I recommend waiting patiently.

Parking: There is a parking lot behind the building, so it is easy to park, but it is not spacious. There is a large parking lot across the road, so you can easily park there.

I ordered the Mix Berry Frozen Yogurt and it was scrumptious. Will definitely visit again to try other flavours.

Don't miss this place!!

Excellent ice cream and great service. Unfortunately they ran out of most flavors half way thru the long weekend. Still a must if you are in Gravenhurst.
