Nothing but great things about this place. My boyfriend and I stopped here on our way up to the cottage and wow what a great price and portion. A small poutine was $10+tax but it was very filling for both of us. Plus the 2 ladies working there were super sweet!
We had a sausage banquet burger and shared a small poutine. The portions were very good and the taste was great. The cheese curds were a little too large for our liking. They didn't melt because they are so big. They were friendly. They gave us back improper change so instead of making a scene we just didn't leave a tip. We really enjoyed the charbroiled burger. I would suggest just sharing a small poutine unless you have a huge appetite.

We decided to take a motorcycle ride to check out Shelby’s today as they were rated one of the top 10 chip waggons in Ontario. We were not disappointed. The fries were hot, very crispy, and delicious. And the portion was huge! $6.00 for a small which was more than enough for us to share. The service was also great. A shout out especially to the young man who greeted us and then when he was on a break engaged in a great conversation. He was an excellent example of what constitutes exceptional service. If you are in Gravenhurst it’s definitely a place to stop.
