Well first thing the staff is so nice and cooperative, secondly, the way of making subs is hygienic as well as delicious. Being a vegetarian I like the way they prepare my own sub.

The Gravenhurst Subway staff are always polite, patient and courteous, even when training new staff (that one experience was interesting 😆).
I always order a salad bowl with the sweet onion teriyaki chicken. EVERY single time my bowl is almost overflowing with fresh veggies and the chicken, with shredded cheese of course, is icing on the top. BEST. SALAD. EVER. The shop is always clean and the recent renovations have made a very pleasant change. I highly recommend this Subway. I have been to other Subway locations but the Gravenhurst shop is by far the best!

Asked for fresh lettuce as the lettuce that was out looked wilted. The guy behind the counter opened a new bag of lettuce and poured it over the old lettuce that was already in the bin. Yuck. The tomatoes looked like they had been sitting out for a while. Therefore, I asked for spinach instead of lettuce and skipped the tomato on my sub. Will not be going back again.

I don’t know why I came back here, after pretty terrible service here two summers ago I thought I’d never be back. However my 10 year old really wanted a sub as a treat so we went. We each ordered a foot long and after they were made I very specifically asked them to NOT cut either sub as I had just watch them make 10 before ours and not clean the very dirty knife between cutting subs. They didn’t cut the one but while I wasn’t paying attention while I paid they ended up cutting the second. When I made a comment the woman grabbed the insides of the sub in one fist while the other staff back there grabbed a new sub. I told them the reason I didn’t want it cut was because of the dirty knife which had already cut through the sub anyway.
Regretfully I took it anyways, as the line was long and frankly I was pretty unhappy, but upon opening when we got home there was a big dirty hair in it!!!! Ugh. I wouldn’t even feed it to my dog! And now I’ll for sure never be back.

Ridiculous wait time, just 1 staff and had to wait over 15mins just to place my order. Subway is known for low staffing. Its not the fault of the 1 person staff, for obvious reasons he cannot be everywhere.

Menu is hard to read, staff does not pronounce very well and after speaking loud and clearly still made me a different sub then I had asked for.
Definetly not great service for being the only customers in the store.
careful about food freshness. OnJune 1st, I ordered a bourbon bbq steak beef sub at lunchtime. But despite the sandwich made to order, got sick about 12 hours later. Difficult to pinpoint from what ingredient exactly, since I added several toppings. I was the only family member who ordered from Subway.
“I visited this Subway location this morning and was disappointed with the service. The staff member at the front didn’t greet customers and seemed to struggle with communication. Unfortunately, the wrap I received was poorly made. I usually enjoy coming to Subway for breakfast, but I don’t plan to return to this store.”
Went here for dinner and we really loved the food the steak is really good too
