Waited for my grilled chicken wrap for 25 minutes. The wrap was hard and dry like cardboard. Chicken was cold. Service was poor and slow. Not enough staffing to keep up with demand.

I was very disappointed with my meal January 6 2016. While traveling for work. I called in a pick up order. I got to my hotel room expecting to have a decent birthday dinner. What I received was a very dry quarter chicken, they didn't even provide the dipping sauce.

We had the two can dine for $20.99 meal. Excellent deal. Food was very fresh and nice and hot. Staff are very friendly. Supervisor Doug came around to ask how we were enjoying our meal and if everything with our food was good. That's a nice touch.

Stopped December 6th on our way home. We preordered 40 mins before we got there. Our order was supposed to be ready at 5:40pm! My partner went in to pick it up and waited an additional 30 mins before getting our food!!! He kept being told it will be ready in a minute from the time he walked up to cash! It wasn’t busy. Another customer got tired of waiting and asked for his money back and left! The food was cold, the fries were hardly cooked. This is the WORST Swiss Chalet I have ever been in!! Other than Chucks and Boston Pizza, it’s the only no so much fast food in Gravenhurst and this is how the service is! I would think there would be more push to keep customers happy!! Unbelievable and will never come to your location again!

Friendly still. Chicken was a bit undercooked but not raw. Hamburger excellent, service was fast. All in all pretty good as the season is getting hugely busy.
