I walked into the Gravenhurst store and Doug had the best energy. His attitude and kindness really got me. I asked for a chicken Caesar for my mum, who was desperately needing to eat. It was prepared and he had contacted his colleagues via headphones (for the urgency), within 1 minute. I hugged him and said he was amazing. He truly is. We won’t be going to any other location ever, in Muskoka. Place was clean. Everyone was a team and it was so refreshing.

The last two times that I’ve been to this Swiss Chalet and gone through the drive-thru, my order was incorrect which obviously I didn’t notice until I got home and unpacked it. The first time it happened, I just ignored it. Tonight I called them when I got home and noticed the missing items to let them know and they won’t answer the phone. I kept calling and they just don’t answer. I’m getting fed up with not getting what I paid for and I will not be going back there ever again!

Extremely friendly and professional staff Restaurant was by far the cleanest fast food restaurant I’ve seen in years Bathrooms are tidy and smell liked they are constantly looked after.

Well, when we ordered a quarter chicken with a Caesar salad, I didn't expect a salad with scant amount of parmesan and NO bacon and dried up chicken. What is going on?? Called the restaurant directly to inquire about whether or not Caesar salad should still have bacon but, no response. The phone rings and rings. Has Swiss Chalet taken away the bacon to save a buck? If so, can you please update your description. It says it has crispy bacon. And what happened to the chicken? So tough and dry. Things are getting worse at this location. Do better!!

My family and I are in town here for about 4 days and both of my kids love Swiss chalet! We’ve been at this Swiss chalet twice now and Doug has always helped us with a smile! He goes above and beyond for every guest and we greatly appreciate it!
