We had a delicious dinner at The Oar. My spouse had the Oar Burger and raved about it. I really enjoyed the seasonal salad and a cocktail.

The ambience was quite nice and service was good. Unfortunately our food took over 45 minutes to arrive, and everything was incredibly expensive for what it was. The food was decent, however most dishes sadly lacked in flavour despite sounding promising on the menu.

Moved into the area and was hoping to find a new date spot. Very expensive for poor quality, burger was very over cooked and dry. Having to pay that much for a burger with no sides you’d expect something much better.
They nailed it. We went in with a group of 8 for dinner and the food was amazing, fast and friendly team service by the entire front of house staff, such a great time. Absolutely recommend checking out this little gem.
