The woman working behind the counter every time I (or any of my family) have gone in there is so unpleasant I actually can’t believe it. The first few times I have given her the benefit of the doubt. But in all honesty she doesn’t deserve it. The entire experience from start to finish ranges from feeling like you’re bothering her to full on just offending her with your presence.Today for example we went in for lattes only to see the sign that said the milk pump was broken and so not hot milk drinks were available. No problem. Happy to find something else. We looked at the menu to find alternative options, with every single question she was more and more annoyed. Like, you’re there to serve drinks and you’re unable to make most of them , how is that our fault? Can’t more highly recommend replacing her with someone that understands the service industry.

The Shipyards is a market with an assortment of combined shops. One can buy local goods such as candles, clothing, crafts, food items, jewelry, art, and an assortment of gift items. You can also find Wheelhouse Coffee which sells Starbucks coffee. Purchased some Muskoka made wooden wick candles for gifts. They also carry Deb's Dips, Nutty Chocolatier products, and artwork from local artisans.
