The language barrier at this location is painful to say the least. I ordered a package of Timbits and asked what flavours were left. I simply pointed to them and asked what they were so I could make a choice. I said this twice, in clear and concise English, but the woman behind the counter kept saying 'I don't understand what you mean'. I think my inquiry was pretty straightforward. I ended up getting the wrong Timbits, of course, in the end. The female CSR also seemed irritated and was generally unpleasant. This isn't the first bad experience I've had at this location. Front line customer service reps should be able to speak and understand English. If they struggle with this basic skill why are they being hired? This type of thing may work in Toronto but it doesn't' fly in a small tourist town. Especially in Muskoka.

Worst tim Hortons experience ever. Food tasted good but the employees treat you terrible when you ask if there's a hash brown in the bag even when you've repeated it three times and they don't ring it through. I ordered a sausage homestyle biscuit "MEAL" HASH BROWN AND COFFEE should have been easy as can be to input but nope! They just gave me attitude. You guys lost a customer and I'm going to McDonald's from now on. Oh and get this. There were only five people in the store and 8 cars lined up outside. DEAL WITH THIS MESS!!!!

Need to up your game. Worst timmies experience so far. Hash brown were hard to bite. Don't spoil the brand fresh appeal and don't serve bad food.

Came in to grab a take 12 and tim bits for the construction crew. Very unwelcoming atmosphere and the lady rolled her eyes at me while I was ordering and then preceded to act inconvenienced because I didn't call it in before driving over.
Will be seeking other alternatives to getting coffee to the crews in gravenhurst.

This store always has friendly and helpful employees who genuinely try to assist customers. They listen to you, provide solutions, and if there's ever a wrong order, they quickly make it right. The service is top-notch, and the environment is great. I really appreciate how well this store is managed, especially by the store manager. Highly recommended...!

Went to this Tim Hortons today. I felt bad for the workers as they seemed extremely short staffed. I had a mobile order and it took forever as they were completely overwhelmed. They ran out of timbits and gave some stale ones that were pre packed- not sure if it was old ones or not. Garbage was overflowing and one of the employees broke into tears as they couldn’t keep up. Management really needs to have a wake up call. One of the worst run Timmie’s I have seen in a long time.

I had a very bad experience at this location. I genuinely asked the lady that do you guys have croissants as they were not available in the front shelf and she answered us that I am not the baker. Also the cashier did not take our order and when we asked her she told us that she is preparing the ongoing orders and once she is done, she will take the order and we waited there and she literally did nothing and was just roaming here and there. I actually felt racism. Very rude customer service. Very rude behaviour towards the customer. I won't recommend anyone to go to this location.

We had a very bad experience over here. The employees were too rude and manner less. I just ask a lady with green hairs working there that do you have croissant but she replied in a very bad manner that I am not a baker. And the lady on the counter who was suppose to take an order when we ask her what’s wrong why you are not taking our order and she replied that I am busy with my old orders so I will take new orders when i complete my previous orders. And we literally saw her doing nothing but just roaming inside that was very ridiculous.

Took more than 25 minutes to place an order for a coffee. Service was way too slow. There were flies inside and I wouldn't have liked to eat in. Glad I didn't have to.
