If I could give lower than a 1 star rating I would. This is the worst Tims I have ever been to. Horribly ran and the workers are slow and incapable of doing their job.

While I understand that it's a busy location, I was disgusted with how dirty the dining area was. Not a single table was wiped down, & the back of the cushioned seats were noticeably disgusting, as well as the garbages.. filth running down the fronts of them. I actually lost my appetite once I sat down, because if this is what we see in the dining area, what is the state of the areas we can't see ? What food handling and hygiene practices are actually being enforced? I can almost guarantee there is health violations. I will be personally reporting the state of this place to the health inspection agency if something isn't done about this. I've never seen such a dirty location.

The past two days I went to Tim Hortons Gravenhurst 150 talisman Dr on the 3-11 shift. Both days my tea was undrinkable. Day 1 my tea bags were broken and full of loose tea. Went in and had that fixed by an employee who actually listens and cares. Tonight I ordered a tea and I got a coffee tea which I don't drink coffee it was discusting and I was to far out of town to get this fixed. This is wrong. I am there enough and am getting really mad with not having my tea right. Work on this or loose many faithfull clients never have a problem with day shift like this.

Staff are so accommodating, we asked them that our are group is pure vegetarians. She informed the person on food, she immediately clean her board Nd put a wrap sheet before placing anything on the board. We asked the lady to fill the hot water for the baby's milk and I appreciate that they checked that it will not too hot.

Yikes. This is a scary spot. Parking lot pavement is all choppy and dirty. Lots of sketchy people hanging around. Coffee was old tasting and bathrooms were dirty. Service was sub par. Busy spot to get in and out of as it's right on the highway entrance. I'd find somewhere else next time.

I have worked as a Tim Hortons supervisor in the past, and in my experience, this is by far the worst Tim Hortons I have ever visited when it comes to quality, taste, and cleanliness.

I ordered two items, and both were a complete disappointment. It felt like they were not following the authentic Tim Hortons recipes or standards. Instead, it seemed like they were using their own methods and ignoring proper steps.

The food quality was very poor, and there was no attention given to freshness, timing, or overall customer experience. Extremely disappointing visit.

I literally just walked out after standing in line alone for roughly 10 minutes when an older couple stood in front of me walked up to the counter to order before me. And the guy at the counter who knew I was standing there first actually began punching in this guy's order. The cashier looks angry and not smiling at all, no5 communicating just hokding up a drink and staring around at the customers waiting for someone to claim the drink he just had to slave for.. I had to point out to him that no it wasn't mine and the lady is sitting onto the side.
All I wanted was a coffee for my long ride home after working all day. The cashier couldn't interrupt the older man to say that I was in line waiting to order first. Slow service. Unhappy workers complaining in the back making the sandwiches.

Everything in to the gravenhurst Tim's is poorly run, service in the store is so poor and the Place is generally untidy. The parking lot is littered with garbage and generally run down. This is sad as when it was run by Jeff Watson it was a great place go. Please try harder I love the product.

The manager Alex is only manager seems to be the only one trying to hold the store together and always has a Smile on his face every time I come in there
