It shouldn't take a half hour to get through the drive thru... Incredibly slow! There needs to be urgency at this location. Either service needs to improve or a second tims location to respond to the volume of people.

Unbelievably bad service. I ordered a take 12 and I had to wait for a new batch of coffee, I understand that. Batch is finally ready and the guy starts to fill it up. Another customer then walks in, he stops filling my order and takes his order. He then goes and makes his 2 drinks and he leaves. A lady then walks in and he takes her freakin order and makes her coffee before returning to fill my take 12! The guy then has the gall to apologize about the wait! In all about 15 mins to fill a box of coffee!

Terrible service. Waited 20 minutes for soup and a sandwich and I was the only person in the store front
When I got it the girl making the food just threw my sandwich in the bag and didn’t bother to wrap so it completely fell apart
I know it’s Tim Hortons and the corporation or the owners don’t care but there should be some level of accountability

I had the nicest experience here today. I don't usually order lunch at Tim Horton's but was traveling and needed something. I walked through the door and was met by a very welcoming gentlemen, told him I didn't know what to get, he suggested a turkey bacon club and describe it beautifully. I was sold! And then they made me a perfect cappuccino to my liking, not as much milk as most chain places do. I only wish I had asked his name! But whoever was working Sunday Jan 18th around noon, Thank you for a great experience!
