Staff was pleasant, but we were disappointed in the food. We ordered a BLT and Turkey BLT. The bun wasn’t fresh, the BLT had no tomato on it and 1 very skinny piece of lettuce. We had picked up sandwiches as takeout to eat on the way back home so it was not convenient to stop back to express our disappointment. We have had these same meals at other locations and have always enjoyed them.

If I could rate it any lower I would rate it as -10. After waiting 15 minutes for my breakfast it was made incorrectly.went to the girl who made it and told her it was wrong she asked me with an attitude what was supposed to be on it I told her. Again had to wait while she made other orders which I know needs to be done and it was fine I received my food only to find out that it was still incorrect she was told to make it again but instead went whining to other staff that she did it right another person made it for me and finally it was correct The Tim Hortons on highway 11 in Gravenhurst is where I got it

This location is one of those where the drive through takes precedence over in store customers. If you are in a hurry but want to eat inside or need to use the bathroom order from the drive through and then take your stuff inside.
There was a ten-fifteen minute wait to order and then another ten-fifteen minutes waiting for the food.
Been to this one 3 times now for the easy access. I think I must just like punishment. The line could be 5 cars max and it’s 20 mins minimal just to get a coffee in the drive through. Just awesome employees and service…. Pretty sad.
Ordered coffee with milk at drive-thru,, lid wasn't marked so asked him if it's milk and he said yes, not wanting to hit the highway with wrong coffee so I checked and tasted it, it was white and definitely cream, knocked on the glass he took his time to come to the window, asked to change and he again said it was milk, I showed him and said definitely nmwas cream, he gave me a new one with attitude told me to check and I did and it was ok, he said the other one looks the same, basically being confrontational .. not rocket science exactly..! Staff the young fellow with turban.

I ordered a plain bagel toasted with lots of butter...
It's not my fault the sandwich prep counter thinks that's strange, it's tim hortons so you have to ask for extra to get a normal portion, otherwise they'll butter half of one side and get angry when you ask for more...
Sandwich counter - I know toy have that sign there ' no harassment tolerated' but you might want to ask why it's like that - when I get yelled at by a aggressive sandwich lady making a pile out of several people's orders, it's only a matter of time before someone yells back...

The worst tims i ever visit now they change the staff its feels like shit the person sooo rude needs to be trained by manager i don’t know why management hire people like this kind of rude attitude it use to be the best now its shit even my drink was cold when i go to change it she keeps arguing and my food is full of butter seriously guys needs to see more training videos please even the garbage cans are sooo full where can we throw the garbage
