This is the most chaotic, poorly run Tim Hortons. Do yourself a favour and go to the location in town. This one off the highway is disorganized and long wait times in store. They prioritize the drive thru and ignore customers inside the store.

The service we had at this location on Sunday June 22nd was absolutely TOP NOTCH! It was 6:30am and the 2 staff members; an awesome woman and a friendly young gentleman (who was in training) were both amazing! The coffee was perfect and the Bacon Scrambled Egg Loaded Wrap was delicious! My bestie got a Toasted Marshmallow Cold Brew and a Cheese Tea Biscuit. We are both beyond thankful for the perfect service.

“This is by far the worst location! They don’t even accept cards, claiming their machine isn’t working. What are people supposed to do if they don’t have cash, especially in this snow? To make matters worse, they don’t even have an online ordering option. If this is how they operate, it’s better to shut the location down rather than inconvenience people, especially during the night.”

This tim hortons location is worse. During snow storm they close there’s door and refuse to use there restrooms.people stuck in snow storm over 24 hours on road they don’t help anyone and straight shut there doors instantly and make excuses power is off . One of the biggest lies because just near gas station has power which is 100 m apart. They shouldn’t exist 👎

My fiance was stuck all night in be midst of a snow storm. He and his friend decided to abandon their car and decided to walk all the way to Tim Hortons to get something to eat atleast after being stuck for over 10 hours!!!! These people at Tim Hortons actually didn’t let them enter and forced them to walk all the way back to their cars!!? What is wrong with you people?!?????!!!!

I come here frequently, the staff is decent, the store is clean, but it's super busy all the time, it's the first southbound tims for a few hours along hwy 11 so everybody stops here.
Ordered an item. Asked if it was said item when it was handed to me. Drove away to find out 5 minutes down the road that it in fact was NOT said item

Went through the drive through to order a coffee and pulled up to the window waiting for someone to open it for 5 minutes. A rude old guy with a massive gut opened it and when I asked for timbits as well he said No and closed the window, took them 10 minutes for one ice coffee
