The service we had at this location on Sunday June 22nd was absolutely TOP NOTCH! It was 6:30am and the 2 staff members; an awesome woman and a friendly young gentleman (who was in training) were both amazing! The coffee was perfect and the Bacon Scrambled Egg Loaded Wrap was delicious! My bestie got a Toasted Marshmallow Cold Brew and a Cheese Tea Biscuit. We are both beyond thankful for the perfect service.
I come here frequently, the staff is decent, the store is clean, but it's super busy all the time, it's the first southbound tims for a few hours along hwy 11 so everybody stops here.
I do not know the time yet, later evening they Stop serving Hot Food, which is understandable from a business point of view, being out on the Hwy, with really nothing around, and a lot would be wasit after a while.
Otherwise the location is a very good spot for those going south on Hwy 11 just south of Gravenhurst. And I know on weekends it can be a busy place.
