“Mackenzie was our server to a big group for a birthday. She did an amazing job taking care of us. There was a hiccup with the reservation we made and she managed to care for all of us. “Service was ridiculous tonight. Our burgers and fries sat under the heat lamp while the server took his time serving his co worker who wasn't currently working. Someone needs to crack the whip a little more on their employees. Our food wasn't that great and it usually is. Dont go on the weekends. Weekdays are better. Just saying.....“
“The manager Mike is just the beginning of fabulous service at this restaurant you are always greeted promptly and kindly. The staff Val and Nicole and many others are very efficient and go above and beyond to please customers at all times. “When I wrote my original review, I rushed it and didn't give it the full review it deserves! This is a very qauint little restaurant and definitely worth the trip! It's a small and comfortable atmosphere that leaves you wanting to come back. The pricing was wonderful and the food was delicious, while I only had breakfast I do intend to visit again during my next trip. The staff were friendly and they know how to handle a morning in my opinion, they're are happy and welcoming without being in your face like some restaurants and bonus they seem to value their regulars which is not something seen too often these days. Whether you live in Sudbury or are just visiting, I highly recommend giving Gus's a visit.Parking: From what I could tell there were approximately 25 spots for parking at the side of the building“
