I went to this location multiple times. It's a hit or Miss.. I noticed that whenever I ask for a triple chocolate brownie blizzard, the blizzard always seems to be white with just a tinge of brown.
I used to work at dairy Queen so I know the topping ratio for a small. I feel like they're not following the proper ratios. It happens quite frequently...
I literally have to pay an up charge In toppings just to make sure that I get the blizzard that I wanted originally...
That's not to say that this happens every single time, but it does happen quite frequently...
Another thing that I noticed is: when making blizzards, and they are different flavors you need to clean the spool with water in between..., At least that's how it used to be when I worked at dairy Queen.
I often get blizzards with other toppings inside of them and it grosses me right out.. that is cross-contamination so perhaps some stuff need to be retrained on how to properly clean a blizzard machine in between orders.
I get it can be busy sometimes, but it's very important for the flavor.
Other than that, the service does seem to be generally nice.

It's a dairy queen, what else is there to say. Well for me it's that they still serve chili dogs. There are a few of the dairy queens left that serve them, but as time moves forward and they change to the grill and chill locations, the chili dogs disappear. I stop there everytime I visit Sudbury to get chili dogs.
You never know when it's the last time you enjoy something, so make sure you enjoy it while you can.

Ordered a cake for my son's birthday. They misspelled the word "Birthday" and refused to give me a refund when the mistake was on their end. Only offered me $10 off my next purchase. Even when the cake was over $30... No customer service skills. No consideration. I will not be returning back for cakes in the future. They los the service of my friends and family.

I use to love going to Dairy Queen. It’s my favourite! But I have recently developed an intolerance to dairy. My boyfriend, also a lover of the Dairy Queen ice treats, wanted to go see if they happened to have anything that was dairy free for me. This lovely young man with hockey wings helped us find a strawberry drink that I could have! He was knowledgeable and more than happy to help! Made the experience that much better !
