Absolutely horrible. I ordered a cheesecake blizzard with extra cheesecake and the cheesecake is freezer burnt and tastes horrible. Seems As though every time I come to this location, it gets worse and worse, will not be coming back.

Is there any particular reason that you guys lock the doors and block off the drive thru 10-15 minutes before you close? Sign says open yet I have no way to access your business?

Found a stray beard hair underneath my lid, and blizzard was unmixed, if you're going to up your prices, your services are expected to be maintained as-well.

The staff was friendly and put a ice cream cake to the side for me. I had an hour and half drive after pickup the cake. The staff packed on in box on ice. Thanks so for helping make family birthday celebration a great one! The ice cream cake was perfect! Thanks so much. Dianne Hendry

Got two cones, both were made tiny with the outside of the cone not filled. When I brought out that it was done wrong I was told “this is how they’re always done and that I probably got a bigger one by accident at some point.” This staff member needs to be retained in not only how to properly make cone but how to deal with customer interactions
