Casual diner vibe. Stopped in for lunch - soup and sandwiches. Grilled cheese and bacon was good. Roast beef sandwich was ok. They use 'real' beef, not deli meat. It was sliced pretty thick.
Me, my mom, and my uncle garnet stopped to fill our bellies. We came across “gonga grill,” I ordered a chicken poutine, my mom got a classic poutine, and my uncle garnet got a Hamburg steak. All of it was absolutely delicious.

The server was absolutely wonderful, and she answered all my questions. She also came to check on us every couple of minutes, so therefore wonderful service.

This restaurant always seems to have a great staff. They don't pretend to be a five star Michelin restaurant, but the casual diner atmosphere is disappearing art. Try 3 things on the menu and you will find 2 things that you thoroughly enjoy. (And possibly 1 thing you didn't expect, but don't yuck another person's yum.) If they offer it, try the French onion soup. You got a big appetite, try the Gonga burger. Jalapeño poppers for the win.
