I ordered food and got it delivered missing the Jalapeño dip (I very much was craving). It wasnt the first time the notes were missed but I called to see what can be done about it. The manager (I think his name was Marc?) completely understood and went above and beyond for me. He not only offered to drive to me and bring me to missing dips, but gave an container of it for the inconvenience.
