We went in for dinner and was placed on a wait list. No big deal. We waited 45 minutes and then asked about our table. They said they had texted and called. Which they didn’t. We asked to speak to the manager Chad and he was so rude and confrontational we tried to show him the phone with no texts and he refused. He was so unprofessional and honestly looked like he hadn’t showered in a month. We were so shocked with his horrible attitude. Honestly there are so many better places...read full review
I ordered food and got it delivered missing the Jalapeño dip (I very much was craving). It wasnt the first time the notes were missed but I called to see what can be done about it. The manager (I think his name was Marc?) completely understood and went above and beyond for me. He not only offered to drive to me and bring me to missing dips, but gave an container of it for the inconvenience.
