Terrible coffee, stale sandwiches

Nice place with good pastries. In the early morning they just have the one person doing everything by themselves, so there's a long wait.

The drink was okay. The service however, wasn’t good at all. Employee continued the conversation with her coworker while I waited to be acknowledged. I kindly ordered my drink that wasn’t overly complicated. Employees made no effort to make small talk or conversation at all while I paid. I wasn’t told where the drink would be, so I stood for a few minutes at the wrong end of the counter. Barista who took my order just kept looking over at me, fully knowing I was at the wrong counter. Made eye contact but made no effort to tell me where my drink would be. Finally, I realized I was at the wrong counter and went over and saw my drink just sitting there. They didn’t call it out or anything, and again, no barista made any effort to kindly say “your drink will just be at the other end!”. I’m more than happy to pay expensive, local coffee shop prices if the service is good, but today I just felt like an inconvenience to the staff. I can get way better service and drinks literally everywhere else in town.

I love coming here. I’m also a barista, and I really enjoy the matcha here. Whisked matcha is very hard to find. However— sometimes I feel like the world’s biggest ahole just ordering? I don’t want to generalize and say all the employees are unfriendly— and everyone has bad days too, of course! But I more than half the time greet the person at the register, with no response back, a thousand yard stare and it’s just not really… kind? I’ve started asking my husband to come in and order for me because the last few visits have really dampened my mood. :( I understand in a time of uncertainty, life sucks, the world sucks rn, but I really hate feeling like a burden when I order. Not asking for a full on conversation but some general kindness and customer service really goes a long way.

Their coffee and smoothies are the best here! I love how it’s located in Indigo.

I love good earth but the server who was taking our order was extremely rude and unprofessional, my friend just asked for a mug instead of a to go cup and this girl bangs the to go cup to show her “anger” apparently just because she requested a glass mug (right away btw the drinks were not even prepared or poured into the cup). If you cannot be nicer towards people for asking you for basic favours then maybe quit being a barista and ruin other people’s day as well…

Good company that took over the spot where coffee is served at Indigo. I had a breakfast power bowl and a brewed coffee. The staff were patient, kind and very friendly. Would give more stars for atmosphere, but Indigo shoppers may or may not be enjoyable.

Definitely my favourite café in Sudbury. Every time I get a craving for something nutritious or a perfectly made latte, I come to GoodEarth, the staff are super friendly and always make you feel welcome!! They are just as chatty as me and always so enthusiast. I'm happy to have found a little spot I enjoy and feel comfortable at <3
