1st time I went to Popeyes and the chicken was great no complaints there BUT as I was waiting for my food, another customer went to the drink fountain and WASHED HER HANDS AT THE DRINK FOUNTAIN. This was an older Asian woman who was also a customer. I think getting rid of the drink fountain & putting it behind the counter out of customers reach is a good idea. I have never seen something so appalling in my life. Her daughter or friend was trying to tell her there was a washroom but she disregarded that & washed her hands there anyway and then she sprayed the water from her hands everywhere to dry them off. I'm warning other customers because thats really bad, if a manager sees this: GET RID OF THE DRINK FOUNTAIN ACCESS . (This happened June 30th 2026 midday)

I just got served by a woman working at this location named Jackie. She was super patient, kind, and make extra efforts to make sure she had my order right—not many people in fast food have such customer service excellence. Get this woman promoted or maybe a raise!!! She is awesome. And the food here is always delicious. 😁

Store was filthy!!! Grim and oil runs everywhere. Came in half hour after open and the level of dirt tells me they don't clean daily. This was a disgusting experience
