I recently ordered the McVeggie and Onion Rings from A&W, and I have to say the experience was fantastic from start to finish. The food was fresh, hot, and perfectly prepared, but what truly stood out was the hospitality and customer service. The staff greeted me with genuine smiles, took the time to make sure my order was right, and treated every customer with patience and respect. Even during a busy rush, they stayed calm, polite, and super helpful. You can really see they care about delivering a great experience, not just great food. It’s rare to find a place where the service matches the quality of the meal, but this A&W absolutely nailed it. I’ll definitely be coming back!

Order on the app!!! They charge you extra for items like lettuce tomato which is free in the app. When you ask why? "Because that's what we charge". So the franchise charges what the corporation doesn't. I mean charging for lettuce?!? What a joke. And constantly ordering chicken strips and getting scammed on them. Order 5 get 4, order 3 get 2. I can't even leave the drive thru window without having to check everything.

This is the best A&W in the city and rural area. They do a great job And the workers process orders cooperatively contributing to fast accurate orders resulting in exceptional customer service experience. Shout out to the drive-through coordinator on Friday November 8. His voice was radio-host level pro!!

I recently visited A&W and I had Double Teen Burger Combo, and it was fantastic! The burger was juicy, flavorful, and perfectly cooked, with just the right amount of toppings. The fries were crispy. Overall, it was a satisfying meal that hit the spot. Great food and friendly service!
