Order on the app!!! They charge you extra for items like lettuce tomato which is free in the app. When you ask why? "Because that's what we charge". So the franchise charges what the corporation doesn't. I mean charging for lettuce?!? What a joke. And constantly ordering chicken strips and getting scammed on them. Order 5 get 4, order 3 get 2. I can't even leave the drive thru window without having to check everything.

This is the best A&W in the city and rural area. They do a great job And the workers process orders cooperatively contributing to fast accurate orders resulting in exceptional customer service experience. Shout out to the drive-through coordinator on Friday November 8. His voice was radio-host level pro!!

I recently visited A&W and I had Double Teen Burger Combo, and it was fantastic! The burger was juicy, flavorful, and perfectly cooked, with just the right amount of toppings. The fries were crispy. Overall, it was a satisfying meal that hit the spot. Great food and friendly service!

Stopped in this location for breakfast. Very friendly staff, clean restaurant, and probably the best breakfast I've had at a fast food restaurant, ever! So good, I even went back for a hot apple turnover for dessert!! Thank you!!

Food deliveries are always excessively late from this restaurant - and I understand from drivers that it's not the drivers fault, the restaurant makes the delivery orders last. Just because I'm not in the restaurant, it doesn't mean that my order is not just as important as everyone else's (e.g. I imagine other people are in a situation where they can't go to the restaurant, mobility issues, etc.) As a community member of Greely, I'm disappointment that one of our local establishments is operating this way, especially considering their prices are higher here than in some other local A&W locations.

Good, overly expensive fast food. The only issue is the dining room floor is so greasy I have almost slipped on it. It has been like that for a while. Just clean your floors before someone hurts themselves.
