Anyone noticed the poor customer service at this location or am just unlucky the few times go there? Today I run out of patience and went without anything because I was totally ignored like a not there for about 7 minutes. I saw 2 staff, one came from the back talking on phone found me at the front finished taking his call and left without a word! The other one I could see was busy working on something and chatting with other staff at the back I called out to him 3 times and he looked at me once and continued laughing with his friends I couldn’t see at the back. So I left. 2 Indian staff. I wish you 2 guys a happy new year.

The website deleted my toppings upon order and I received a pizza with nothing on it. No big problem, so I asked for the toppings by themselves (I could reheat them and top the pizza at home). Manager didn't do anything and said "I don't want to get sued".
Why would I order a plain pizza???

Pizza is great, but good luck trying to call them. They gave me a code to get a free pizza, but their website will not accept it. When you send an email, they auto respond telling you to call the store. When you call store they don't pick up.
When I showed up to get my pizzas they dropped them on the floor. Had to wait 20 minutes for new ones and they did very little to make up for it. Customer service needs work. Better service at Gabriel's.

Always great food and fast service ..but delivery drivers never read instructions!!! I always ask for them NOT to ring or knock and to leave the order at the door ..and they ALWAYS DO!!!??? Please read instructions before you deliver!!!

Walked in and saw two employees with their faces an inch off a pizza smelling. Said hey is that mine. Reluctantly they said yes it was. I said what’s the problem here why are you smelling it with your face in the pie? Oh don’t worry it’s fine I just don’t eat meat the guy said. I said I’m not used to watching staff with their faces in food. Very gross.
