I've been to this location a few times and the staff is always friendly and make great smoothies.
I have been going to this location over the last couple months now after the gym.
For the most part it is the manager that is working when I go. I cannot say enough about how exceptional she is.
I have been to a couple other locations and this one, by far is the best. The service the manager provides, along with the product she provides far out ways the other locations ive visited.
She always remembers my order, and today she greeted me by name as I walked into the building.

I've given this place plenty of chances and it hasn't improved. The smoothies are all over the place, sometimes so thick they're barely drinkable, other times thin and watery. No real middle ground. The staff are pretty indifferent every time, which doesn't help. The prices aren't cheap either so when the quality is this inconsistent it's just not worth it anymore. Won't be going back.
